“Owner was very welcoming, unit was quiet and clean. Cleaned the heat pump filter as we noticed the heat pump was struggling to warm the unit, luckily it was the same model as we had at home so k ew how to remove and clean and replace the filters, worked perfectly after this was done”

“The property is exactly as I pictured it would be, the perfect location to explore the South Island of New Zealand. The size of the house was perfect for my wife and me and it was equipped for a small fajitas dinner and a couple of small breakfasts. The only issue was that the views from the property made it hard to leave since it was so breathtaking. We can’t wait to come back!”

“Very unprofessional with the way this property is advertised. There are major roadworks going on right outsdethe front door. There is no footpath anymore and a giant ditch dug into the middle of the road. There also isn't any off-street parking or any roadside parking. But they don't inform you of any of this until 6 days beforehand. The roadworks has been going on for over a year. They also don't release the addres of the property until the last minute either. I guess so that you can't check it...
