Not cleaned, no warm water
When we arrived at 4pm the apartment was not cleaned, we called the agency and complained and they sent someone over and we had to wait until 9pm until we could finally check in after the cleaning got finished.
The next day we noticed that warm water was not working and they send us a video on how to turn on the water boilers. But they wrote that we have to wait until the next day, because the boilers only heat up at night.
The next day the warm water was still not working and they finally send someone over who had a look. It seems some prior guest closed some pipes.
We had to wait another day without warm water, because the boilers only heat up at night, so three days no warm water.
There is a separat building where there was still no warm water, because it had a separat boiler which no one told us.
Sorry, but this has to work when I arrive.
The dishwasher did not properly clean and stopped working after the second day.
The apartments itself are equipped nicely and there is a grill, a pool and a many chairs in the basement to use in the garden.
The area is great and the view of the lake is breathtaking.
Overall, it was a nice stay, but the cleaning and the mission warm water left a sour taste.
We wrote the agency and asked for a partial refund or a discount, but we got ignored.
I would not advise to book this property.
