“Super easy stay from check-in to checkout!”

“This little house was clean and perfect for my family, while visiting the area, however there are a lot of things in the house where it is clear, repairs were done by someone who has no clue what they are doing. I also recived a reaponce, from the host, over a day later. ”

“A little issue with check in due to a leaking shower but otherwise great. Although a little run down, the property was very clean. The hot tub was a little too hot when we first got there but leaving the cover off cooled it down. Hosts could respond a little bit quicker but did answer all of our questions. ”

“Had an early family Christmas here, it was the perfect place for us. Big kitchen, plenty of room in the dining/living room. Huge yard for the pups to explore. Great location, close to everything we needed. Definitely coming back!”

“3 women that have been friends 65+ years, celebrating the 70th birthday of one of them. A darling older home with so much personality! Loved the pocket doors, hope to enjoy the screened in porch in the future. Loved the tile in the bigger bathroom! Nice kitchen. Everything was perfect for our stay.”

“We were vey pleased with Delano Deluxe. Using all 6 bedrooms it fit our family needs for gathering for Thanksgiving and an early Christmas. Alex responded quickly to us. Heater wasn’t working when we arrived but she had someone there to fix it within a short time. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. ”

“Host was very helpful, and the house was well stocked with the things we needed. The floor downstairs was a bit cold -being cement, and the host was not lying about the floors squeaking especially loud when you're downstairs, but otherwise our stay was great!”

“I arrived after dark, which made it a bit challenging to find my way in. A small motion-activated light by the entrance would be very helpful for late arrivals. The space itself is cozy and beautifully decorated. The floors do creak and are sloped, as other reviews mentioned, but it adds to the charm of the place. “Great! Although an obviously older building in a residential area off of Douglas (Old Towne) Wichita...it's well updated with plenty of space for one or two. So nice to have full size kitchen, separate living area, bedroom and great A/C ! Easy access to downtown areas and within walking distance to nite life and food.
