“This house was perfect for us. I didn’t realize it had a second living area downstairs but that made it perfect for a mix of kids and adults. Everything was clean and nicely decorated, and communication with the owner was good. The ice maker isn’t super fast at making ice, so grab a bag of ice on your way if your kids wolf down ice like mine. We will definitely book there again when visiting family nearby!”

“Host was very helpful, and the house was well stocked with the things we needed. The floor downstairs was a bit cold -being cement, and the host was not lying about the floors squeaking especially loud when you're downstairs, but otherwise our stay was great!”

“We stay for a week in the Ferngalow. The house was clean and well appointed. Having a fenced backyard was really nice for the dog. The location was excellent. Just a few minutes from many interesting restaurants where we dined every night. While we were there the temperature was in triple digits everyday. Thankfully the air conditioning system was more than up to the task. The house stayed very comfortable. All in all I would stay there again if ever back in Wichita.”

“This property exceeded all of our expectations! It was just my spouse and I but would also be great for larger groups, as there is a lot of space. In addition to the front porch pictured, there is a back porch as well as a screened-in balcony off the main bedroom upstairs! Also, there is no need to wait on a coffee here! There are multiple coffee makers throughout the house and a good variety of coffee is available. Great stay!”
