“When I checked in I was given a room that had a very strong cigarette smell. I notified the Clerk and she changed our room to a much better smelling room. Everything else was going very well until about 8 a.m. when the Manager's son pounded very hard on our door and screaming like he was going to be abused. I called the front desk and the man who answered, I think the Manager, told me there was no child in the hallway. Since I knew he couldn't see the hallway from the front desk, I asked him to...

“On the web site for the hotel is stated that pets were welcome. Come to find out once we got there that pets were NOT welcome. But once we showed them that there web site says pets were welcome the hotel let us stay there with our pet. For an extra $10 per night. Out side of that everything else was Ok.”

“This is not a hotel you want to take your wife to. It is okay for a man on his own but it did not meet my expectations. The staff was friendly. Check in was slow and tedious since I had booked through Hotels.com. The total cost was more than quoted because they charged a service fee for using a credit card. The room itself was clean but the carpet was dirty and the sheets were dirty on one of the two beds. We were supposed to have a room with a queen bed. ”
