A few towels had holes, apartment furnishings were a bit outdated, directions left for the place did not match what Vacasa was telling us, and it would be nice to match up how long someone is staying to how much paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher pods are left. We were asked to delay our arrival atleast an hour later than the check-in time because the cleaner was running late only to find the apartment hadn't been cleaned anyway. “Overall a great place to stay! beautiful views and walking distance to everything you could need. The check in was a bit tricky as instructions did not specify which side of the building key was located. I went to what i thought was the main entrance and tried to figure out where the key was for about 20 minutes. “The town was great to visit! I arrived in the rain and getting into the condo was no piece of cake. Although the host warns about the key access issue, it us after the booking, so a bit frustrating:( The key would not open the 2nd floor door so i had to carry luggage in rain to get to first floor to access the 2nd gloor”
