Cómodo apartamento ubicado en el centro de un plato cubierto de nieve grande en el centro de una de las mayores zonas deportivas nieve vinculado en Francia, el Grand Massif. La vista desde el apartamento es increíble y hay un pequeño balcón orientado desde la que disfrutar de ella al sur.

Muy bien ubicado (en el mismo nivel que la entrada del edificio) en Flaine Foret, que está a poca distancia de fantásticas pistas de vivero, que enlazan hacia el complejo más amplio. Al lado hay una pequeña zona de tiendas (incluyendo un bar, un pequeño supermercado, panadería, pizzería, esquí / escuela de snowboard y alquiler snowsport) y ascensor a Flaine Foro.

Este estudio tiene un dormitorio doble separado con una nueva cama de día la marca que se saca para hacer una cómoda cama doble. También hay cajones underbed y un armario doble. Entre el dormitorio y la sala de estar hay literas en un pasillo ancho / alcoba con grandes cajones underbed. La sala de estar es una sala tipo estudio con área de cocina totalmente equipada (incluye lavaplatos), mesa de comedor y sillas extensibles, un moderno sofá cama doble (con espacio de almacenamiento debajo de la cama) y TV. El baño tiene una bañera / ducha y lavabo (con construido en el armario) y WC separado. También hay un local de esquí en la entrada al edificio.

Flaine está situado entre Ginebra y Chamonix Mont-Blanc, y tiene excelentes conexiones de transporte con Ginebra y Lyon Aeropuertos. Alternativamente, Flaine es un día en coche o en tren completo del Reino Unido.

Cosy with a lovely view
We found this apartment has everything you need for a comfortable ski holiday. The view from the balcony is beautiful - tree lined mountain sides and slopes. The shops and ski hire were very close. Walking to the slopes is a bit further but easily doable - we chose to walk over the ski bus. Heather, the apartment owner, is very happy to help and quick to respond if you need any advice. We had a great stay here and are looking at booking this apartment again!

Half Term Ski Break
From beginning to end the rental process was easy and Heather was very quick to respond to any queries we had. The location of the property is ideal, close to the slopes, shops, bus etc. First time visiting Flaine and won't be the last, lovely resort!

Belle vue en effet mais prestations très insuffisantes.
La belle vue promise était au rendez-vous mais l'appartement mérite une rénovation complète (comme beaucoup de résidences à Flaine par ailleurs...). La conciergerie n'est pas au niveau, ménage non fait à l'arrivée et attitude désagréable lors du départ.

Super apartment and ideal location
We enjoyed our stay at Siruis very much. We are a family of 6 adults and the apartment was fine for us. The sliding door across lounge makes 3 separate areas for sleeping. Back bedroom bed is a good size with large bed. Apartment is very handy to the slopes and close to Spar, bars and ski-hire. We walked to the slopes but the frequent navette stops outside if wished. After skiing get off navette at first stop in carpark and walk down path to avoid doing full circuit of resort. Key pick up and return was easy and we parked in car park above the apartment. We drove and stored our clothes in plastic underbed boxes under the bunk and above large wardrobe. Lots of hooks in hall for hanging ski kit. Very hot water. Lovely view. Hope to stay again.

Quiet apartment in a fantastic location
We had a wonderful stay here last week. Family of 3. Plenty of room for us - bigger than many ski apartments we have stayed in. And the balcony is great. The apartments are quiet, ski lockers are great and it's in a brilliant location for ESF Flaine Foret ski school - less than 10 minutes walk from door to meeting point. Bakery next door for breakfast too! Key pick-up was easy enough, and we were grateful to be able to leave our bags at the property services for free on Saturday so we could keep skiiing after check out. One thing to be aware of is that the hot water in the flat is HOT - obviously a good thing but something to be aware of when turning on the tap. We recommend Flaine and we'd definitely stay in this apartment again. Thank you!

Nice apartment, with a great view in a great location
We (2 adults and an 8 year old) stayed here for 5 nights and it was exactly what we needed. The apartment had everything we needed, and the wifi was very good. Size wise it was great for us but I think anymore than 4 and it would start to feel cramped. I think its fair to say the apartment is starting to look a bit tired but that didn't impact our stay. The view is great, especially when its snowing :-) Location is perfect. 2 mins to spar, bakery, take away pizza, bar and ski hire shop (SPORT2000 - great kit at very reasonable price and let us leave our bags there on the last day) and 5 min walk to the lifts.

Nice flat, but...
On the overall the appartement is well equipped, it has a separated room and a sliding door which allows you to have 3 separated areas which is a positive point, several items such as a coffee machine and a colander would have been appreciated. We could also note that the extractor hood is missing, only 4 hooks are remaining on the hanger, a light should be added at the dining table which is really dark, the light in the bathroom switches off after a couple of minutes. All these items are to be considered as « must have » rather than « nice to have ». The flat is located at about 100m from a small mall with small grocery store and a couple of shops, wider choices are available at the main station (Flaine Forum), at 15min walk. The ski lifts are located at about 10-15 min walk or you can take the bus. The ski resort is very nice, each skier can find slops of his/her own level. Ski lifts are all very well maintained. The station Flaine itself on the average in terms if facilities and activities but is definitely not the prettiest one, all buildings are big concrete blocks. But ok, this is may not the most important criterion for the selection of a station.

Would recommend
We would certainly use this flat. We had a great week (2 adults, 2 children) and the flat has everything you could possibly need. Having the ski locker and the free ski bus every 15 mins made access to the slopes easy. At the end of the day, get off the bus at the first stop just after the car parking and walk down the short path - this will save you sitting on the bus for the whole circuit. We hired skis from Sport 2000 Foret which is very close. Spar shop and bakery close by too. Collecting keys from the laundry was no problem and we hired towels from the same place. For transfers from Geneva, we used Go Massif. Would certainly recommend them too.

Great flat very well located in Flaine Foret
The flat is small but well organised and equipped. Ideally located near the bakery and the supermarket of Flaine Foret, near the lift to go to Flaine Forum and nearly in front of the bus stop taking you to the beginning of the slopes.

An absolutely delightful spot.
A beautiful mountain retreat . The house is right at the bottom of the slopes and had everything we needed from a tin opener to piping hot water. A perfect place to completely relax. The view from the balcony is breath taking.

Cosy, comfortable apartment - very close to all amenities
We had a great week staying in this cosy apartment. It is very handy for ski hire shops, bakers, supermarkets and most importantly for us, the slopes. We had everything we needed and it was a lovely 'home' to come back to after a day in the snow. Useful having a ski locker too. Would love to return next season.

Just got back from a week skiing in Flaine, and Heather's apartment was great! Clean, reasonable size (there were 2 of us but could fit a family of 4 comfortably) and close to the slopes. Also very close to the local bakery which is handy for getting bread and croissants in the morning. There is a basic but nice kitchenette, a comfortable living space with TV and wifi, a locker for skis etc. and a good size balcony with a nice view. Picking up and dropping off the keys was easy enough so no complaints all round.

C était parfait
Le logement est placé proche des commerces et ascenseurs. Navette pour rejoindre la piste sinon c est 15 min à pied avec enfants de 3 et 5 ans. Appartement rustique et petit mais parfaitement fonctionnel. Il manque une machine à café et plus de porte manteau mais on s’organise et tout trouve sa place. Le calme est omniprésent, la vue est superbe avec le balcon qui donne sur la forêt et les montagnes. On y voit le coucher du soleil. Au final, un très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous sommes satisfait. Merci Hearher !

Cosy and convenient.
Everything you need for the perfect skiing holiday in Flaine. Just a short walk to the slopes but you can leave skis and boots at patricks locker on the piste. The apartment is warm and well equipped. Supermarket,restaurant and lovely boulangerie are next door. Wifi is reliable. Perfect! Thanks to the owner.
