“We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset...

“My husband and I were in and out at all odd hours during our week long stay, in town for a friend’s wedding with many events scheduled all over and this spot was exactly what we needed. The location was perfect for what we needed, a few minutes away from the house of the bride-to-be, and coming and going was a breeze with the separate entrance and available parking. Would absolutely book again! ”

“Really nice, quiet location on Thames. Good walk to Bowman's Warf. Paved parking for 2 cars for our upper floor rental, and 2 additional spots for a separate rental below. Parking lines are not visible, so had to accommodate for space. Lots of steps to enter through the back. Beautifully appointed w/ 3 bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom and shower. The private roof top deck was a bonus. Spectacular views! ”

“The 2 bedroom room we chose was perfect! We got the pack and play delivered to our door before we got to our room. The room included everything we needed (including cleaning products for kitchen). The front desk staff was really helpful. Location was beyond ideal, it’s close to all restaurants and short driving distance to local attractions.”

“The condo was beautiful. The roof top over looked Thames street with the harbor in distance. But....it's all about the bed. Especially on vacation, a good nights sleep is important. So why, oh why, in a >$1K a night condo are we sleeping in a bed with very deep grooves as if two gorillas have been sleeping on it for a year? Simply fix.......buy a new bed!!! We stayed at 194N Thames.”
