Staff really rude
Unfortunetly our experience was not good. Since the very first moment, the staff was really unfriendly. Also, when we wanted to pay with credit card, they said that the system was broken 2 days ago, but we had friends that stayed a week before and the hotel said the same thing, so what they really want is to avoid to pay the commission. The location is not worth it, unless you have a car, or you have to take a taxi, because if you want to do snorkelling, all the boats depart from Aqaba city. Also, they wanted to charge us 40JOD for the snorkelling in a boat for 3 hours, but in the city you can find cheaper options (e.g one tour 6 hours/30JOD).The room was ok and clean. The breakfast really simple and they don't replace the things gone. The chlorine in the pool water made our eyes sting and it was full of sand. So, if you finally choose this hotel, bring cash, or better, just save your money and don't go.
