Nuestra casa contemporánea en la playa ha pasado por una renovación completa tejiendo belleza, arte y naturaleza con el propósito de inspirar creatividad y soluciones innovadoras para usted, la comunidad y el mundo.

El nombre fue tomado de Portmeirion en Gwynedd, Gales del Norte, donde Sir Clough Williams-Ellis tuvo la visión de crear una aldea extraordinaria. También fue el lugar de muchas películas y el programa de televisión "The Prisoner". Es un ejemplo de vida de alguien que tuvo una visión extraordinaria, la creó y ha influido en miles.

Es realmente un lugar inspirador y nuestra esperanza es replicar parte de él aquí en Seacliff para inspirar y alentar a las personas a perseguir sus sueños ... especialmente aquellos que fomentan el bien en el mundo.

La casa se encuentra a dos cuadras de Beach Gate Path y se encuentra a poca distancia de Manuel's, Marianne's Ice cream, Aptos Coffee Roasting, Persephone's y Village of Aptos.

Hay algo para todos: más de 20 millas de playas contiguas, senderos para caminatas en el Parque Estatal Nicene Marks, senderos para bicicletas, bodegas, cervecerías, paseo marítimo, surf de remo, surf e incluso un nuevo parque de patinetas / bicicletas de montaña cerca. Realice excursiones panorámicas a Carmel, Monterey y San Francisco.

La casa tiene cuatro niveles distintos. La cubierta de la azotea ofrece vistas panorámicas del océano desde Carmel hasta Pleasure Point. Tome el sol o disfrute de una copa de vino o bebida mientras contempla el amanecer / atardecer inspirado en Monet con naranjas y rosas. Por la noche, admire las estrellas y admire la luna plateada y Venus.

El nivel superior se extiende hacia una terraza con vista al mar. Beba su café / té por la mañana mientras ve salir el sol. Acomódese en los lujosos sofás de terciopelo mientras ve su equipo deportivo favorito, película o haga cosquillas en el marfil en el piano de cola. El azulejo de vidrio de la cocina refleja los azules y grises del océano que complementan los mostradores de granito ucraniano. ¡El primer nivel es para soñar y jugar ping pong! Las habitaciones están en este nivel del suelo. Las duchas son amables para las personas mayores de 6 pies, porque los mostradores y las alturas de las duchas son más altas que las estándar. ¡También hay una lavadora y secadora LG que suenan melodías fantásticas para ti cuando terminan! La terraza adjunta tiene una mesa de ping pong y escaleras que conducen a la zona inferior.

El nivel inferior privado tiene un spa para remojar, una zona de descanso y una chimenea ... un lugar perfecto para relajarse por la noche con una copa de vino y s'mores para los niños.

Great home for a family getaway with all the amenities. Location made it very easy to access the beach path. Numerous decks and patio with great views from the top. Would definitely stay again.

Aptos Beach Home
It was a pleasant home. Unfortunately there was construction next door as well as several homes down. Wanting to live in the outdoor areas, it made for an unresting experience. They were very gracious to take care of us as left a night early. It was tad chilly and there were no blankets to snuggle with. Bonus though, plenty of bathing towels! Comfortable beds & pillows. Very damp area so seating was always wet outdoors and house had a "closed up" smell due to dampness. Could also use some new pans to cook with. No warm water in the lower bath. Lucky I cold plunge so didn't bother me! Beautiful walk to beach & Manuels Restaurant. A must eat!

Great get away
We booked for our anniversary. The neighborhood is very quiet. The morning marine layer wraps you like a down comforter. The views are wonderful. The hot tub and garden are very private like a small oasis. The roof top deck was sunny and inviting. The property is extremely well kept.

Great place for families.
What a wonderful stay we had! Communication with the host was fast and check in was super easy. We traveled with my parents (in their 60s), my siblings (24-40), and our kids (ages 1-8). There was something for everyone to enjoy. The beach is close, though there were too many stairs to hike down for some of the older/younger folks. It was quick and easy to get to for most of us though. Ping pong was a hit. The fire pit was a lovely touch. Loved that there were beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. We couldn’t get the jets on the spa to work, so that was a bummer but overall everything was great! Something to keep in mind, the house is multilevel so if stairs are an issue this isn’t for you. And downstairs, where the bedrooms are gets pretty cold, there are heaters if you need them but we could have used one for each bedroom (3 rooms, only two heaters). If you’re on the fence about this one, book it. It was a really nice place to stay.

disappointed but made the best of it
Disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. Needs to be dusted bid time. Spider webs in every conner. Found a dirty Kleenex under one of the beds. Cable did not work. The patio where the hot tub is located was not cleaned. It was full o leaves. We saw what looked like a small tarantula coming out of one of the piles of leaves. The tub was one of the main things that attracted us to this home. We did not want to use it since the patio was unclean and I did not know what was crawling around in them. There is two flight of stairs one to go up to the main living room and kitchen and one to go down stairs to the bedrooms. We would not have rented the house had we know. We had a senior in our group and this make the trip difficult for them, The garage was converted into a room. It felt odd and the comforters were old an need to replaced immediately. The tennis table was very went from the drizzle and could not be used. They need something better to cover it with. Plus is the cool art in the house, piano, nice kitchen. We would not be staying here again.

Great Vacation Home
Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, clean, well equipped from basic home needs to beach accesories. Nice view from the roof deck. We have enough space for a family of 7 with different age groups. Kids had fun playing fusball and ping-pong while the grown ups had a relaxing time at the hot tub, a great way to end the day after a lot of walking on the beach. The house is just a short walk to Marianne's ice cream which is a big plus! The kids don't want to go home. Wish we could've stayed longer. We would love to stay here again. I highly recommend👍

We had a wonderful time. Will definitely consider staying here again. We enjoyed all the wonderful outdoor areas. It was a quick walk to the beach. Very easy drive to Santa Cruz and Capitola. I can’t really say there was anything we were disappointed in. There was even coffee for us. I brought a Keurig and didn’t even need to bring it in. The only downside? We had to leave 😩

Aptos good location between Santa Cruz and Monterey. Neighborhood is run down. House plumbing needs to be looked at. Many cold showers in downstairs bathroom. Ocean view from second floor blocked by neighbors overgrown hedges. Kids had fun with football and ping pong. Would look for better neighborhood next time.

Stayed 2 nights with my wife and 3 kids to celebrate wife's birthday. Kids had no problem doing the short walk to the beach each day. Fun dynamic house with multiple decks, BBQ, hot tub, 4 beds, ping pong, piano.... we had a great time.

We throughly enjoyed our trip to Apros. The house was clean and spacious. We found many amenities to make our stay comfortable and like our own home away from home. The view from the top level was beautiful. We could easily walk to get ice cream which was right down the street. The kids enjoyed the spa. We look forward to staying again.
