“Overall a beautiful place, very cozy! Property is stunning! Octagon is very clean, nice space, cozy bed! The hot tub was awesome and wonderfully warm, nice to relax! Loved looking down at the river, it’s beautiful! Hot water heater failed so showers got a bit brisk! Owner worked to try and fix this, but no luck on the weekend! We may come back for a summer visit, to take advantage of the pool, the river, some campfires and sunshine ”

“Perfect for a family visit. The house was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was also convenient to downtown Grants Pass with shops and restaurants a short drive away. The heat was off when we arrived on a chilly evening for check in and the house took quite a while to heat up to a comfortable temperature. Once it warmed up though it was very comfortable for the rest of our stay. ”
