“The neighborhood may be a littlw sketchy for some upper middle class, but we came across no issues to cause alarm. The house was clean and we enjoyed our rest as been traveling for weeks. Ace, house manager, was beyond polite! Refreshing... We would come again.”

“It is exactly what the pictures show. It’s a shed converted into a hotel room. It was clean, secure, and suitable for a single traveler. The bed was smaller but I managed to fit on it. I’m 6’2” and 250lbs. The A/C was small but it worked very well. The property is surrounded by a locking fence/gate. The room has a deadbolt that can only be locked from the inside. The property is really pretty. It’s walking distance from a few craft breweries, food trucks, and coffee shops. I would stay here...

“The rental is furnished beautifully as shown in the pictures and was very clean. Great location as well. Owner was easy to work with as well. Would stay here again. Only recommendation is to update the deposit policy to be in line with other VRBO rentals we have rented from before. The only option with this rental is to pay the non-refundable damage deposit or pay a very large deposit which is refundable 2 weeks after check out. Wish there was a 3rd option where they just hold your credit card...
