Villa was excellent and was not far from the shopping centre. Michael was very helpful and Audrey his local agent was on hand to meet us when we arrived. My only issue was the allocation of three towels for showering, when questioned we were told they dry very quickly when you wash them!

Lovely!
Returned from a lovely week away in this lovely villa which was perfect for our little family. Unfortunately our flight was delayed but Kez and Audrey were amazing and greeted us at the villa much later than planned. With it being so late we were greeted with a ‘wecolme package’ of food and water which was very welcome having two small children! The villa is outstanding, very clean and all the amenities you need for a week away. Alex the villa owner is also lovely and extremely helpful and ensured everything was up to standard throughout our stay. We will definitely be back again 😊

Well designed villa with great pool & ideal location
Property managers Audrey and Kez gave a friendly welcome and quick tour of the villa when we arrived. It was equipped with everything we needed, along with a welcome package of food and drink, which was appreciated as we arrived around 8pm so didn't have to worry about getting food until the next day. The villa's really nicely designed and has a great layout. All rooms are a good size, with plenty of storage space in bedrooms for clothes, luggage etc. Outside space is equally well layed out and was a lovely area to enjoy meals. We've stayed at several villas in winter months and this was the first where the pool actually felt like it was heated (and the first, ironically, we didn't have to pay extra for). It was one of our favourite things about the villa, and we also made use of the outdoor putting green and pool table. Despite the outside temp getting a bit chilly in the evening, it was toastie inside the villa, and made for a pleasant place to relax after dark. We didn't rent a car, wasn't need. The shopping centre with good size supermarket and a few restaurants including an Indian and Italian, is an easy 10-15 min walk (flat, no hills), and from there can walk along the beach to other restaurants. We had a good paella at a place called Amares. The communication from Alex the villa owner was exceptional before and during our stay. He responded immediately when we had a question, and also messaged part way through the week to check our stay was going well.

Beautiful villa in a great location.
Having stayed in several villas around Campo de Golf over the years, this one is definitely our favourite. The villa is perfect in every way, inside and out. Very clean, spacious and a great layout. Everything you need has been provided. The outside area was great. BBQ, Bar (with fridge) pool table, putting green and of course the pool which was perfect. Just a short 10 minute stroll to the Atlántico centre and the amazing beaches the location is spot on. Alex and his Villa manager were great, very quick to answer any of our questions and made themselves available throughout our stay should any issues had arisen. Exactly what you want. If you’re considering booking this villa, do it!! You will not regret it.

We had an amazing holiday. The villa is in a great location, easy walking distant down to the beaches and shops. Alex, Audrey and Kez were really quick to help with anything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent property in a quiet neighbourhood. The property was very clean and well equipped. Alex the owner was very communicative and easy to deal with. Kez and Audrey (agents) were also extremely helpful and on hand should we have needed them.

Sehr schöne Villa
Die Villa ist genau so wie auf den Bildern im Internet. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Villa, ausreichend Platz für 7 Personen. Die Villa ist voll ausgestattet und hat alles was man benötigt. Das Viertel ist ruhig und schön angelegt. Zu den Stränden braucht man mit dem Auto 5 Minuten, man kann sie aber auch gut zu Fuss erreichen. Bei Problemen oder Fragen ist der Vermieter immer per Whats App zu erreichen! Ich möchte Alex hier noch einmal danken, das er uns immer sofort geholfen und wir so einen wunderschönen Urlaub in seiner Villa haben konnten, danke Alex!

Family Vacation
What a lovely villa this was, we enjoyed every minute and would definitely book again! Good communication with the owner Alex who emailed us to check we were ok. Was greeted and shown around the villa and was advised to contact if any issues. So peaceful and relaxing. My grandchildren had the best time and didnt want to leave. Loved it!

The villa was well stocked and had a lovely layout. A couple of points: The door lock is not easy to use, as with the patio door lock being stiff. The smaller bedrooms smelt musty and the bedding needed another wash. The mattress itself stained. Small suggestion of hooks on the bedroom doors, more plug sockets and bins in the bedroom. Overall it is a lovely property in a quiet (when we were there) location. The owners have been fantastic in their communication and there was a lively welcome package which was appreciated. We were also allowed to stay late at the property on the day of departure which made for a relaxing last day. Would recommend the villa to friends.

Coopers & Carers getaway!
Really lovely villa, more than home from home! The Alexas in each room are a great idea, and the welcome pack was good. Alex is a very informative owner who genuinely cares that you have a great experience - he has put together a super portfolio of the property, the area, restaurants, taxis, emergency contacts etc etc etc. Audrey and Kez too are on hand to make sure all goes well. With all the basic toiletries, towels, pool towels, loads of hangers and a washing machine, you can pack light too! Will definitely return!

Relaxing Holiday
We rented the property with our son and daughter in law and 5 month old baby. The villa was fantastic, it had everything we needed for our multi generational family. Fantastic facilities for our baby grandaughter, with everything catered for. The owners where exceptional, answering any questions we had and giving us lots of tips and advice for the area. Audrey greeted us at the property and was on hand if we needed anything. Fantastic 14 day break with our family, making beautiful memories. Would certainly recommend to others and look forward to returning in the future.

Superbe villa dans un endroit très très calme. Les propriétaires sont super sympa et très arrangeant. Et Audrey qui nous accueille est très gentille. Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la maison (4 adultes et 2 ados) et tout était super. Le billard est vraiment trop bien , la piscine un pur régale. Le seule problème c'est de quitter la maison au chaud et de rentrer chez nous au froid. Merci milles fois pour nos séjour. Les bretons
