This property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the middle in historic Annapolis. The state capital is about 3 blocks away; the historic shopping district is 5 blocks away; the USNA Chapel is roughly 5 blocks away; and the public boat wharf is 8 or 9 blocks. If you are here for a wedding at the Chapel; or some other USNA event; or a great getaway for extended family, this is a perfect location.
The home has two parking spots (stacked one behind the other, so you'll have to coordinate the coming and going). But really, everything in the historic area is walkable. Just bring walkable shoes -- the cobblestones are not always even.
The home is EXACTLY as pictured and advertised. Very clean. Three bedrooms are upstairs; one bedroom is on the main floor. Air conditioning works great (it averaged over 90 degrees each day we were here, and no issues with keeping the house cool).
As noted by other reviews: the stairs to the upstairs are VERY creaky. If you're trying to sneak back into the house after a late night, everyone will hear you.
Overall, without exaggeration, this is literally the perfect spot to stay for historic Annapolis.
