Great location to downtown
Two night stay for family of four with two young kids checking out the boat show and downtown. The location is amazing. Was able to pull up to the corner curb of the row house and unload, then quick drive over to Calvert street garage to park. We walked to the boat show and meals, it was even closer than I originally thought. The house is beautiful and had more space and bedrooms than what we needed. Well stocked although we didn’t eat any meals there. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms well stocked. Very spacious house with cute little backyard. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Beautiful renovated historic home
We loved this spacious, clean, newly renovated row home. Beautiful kitchen, appliances and gorgeous bathrooms! We loved all the Navy art work. Everything worked and the place was very clean. Great communication from host. And you can not beat the location, 1 block from the USNA in the heart of downtown Annapolis. Also, it is dog friendly, which was wonderful. A few misleading issues though. The rate advertised was tricky. An extra "host" fee almost doubled our real rate. I would prefer the bottom line up front, not a bate and switch technique. When a late checkout was requested, I was given an additional, expensive per hour fee schedule. Later, I was told a late checkout was no longer an option as they had a new tenant coming and the cleaners would be there at 11am sharp. We rushed to get out but had to go back later at 2pm because we left a wallet. The cleaners still had not arrived. Also, the advertised attic (and additional bedroom) was locked and the host would not let us see it. I was told it was only available to parties of 6 or more. I just wanted to see it for a future stay with a larger group. Overall, the house was gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay. Would go back.

Weekend Stay
Perfect location and beautiful downstairs common area and kitchen. Upstairs bedrooms were large but one of the beds was a bit small for adults. Bathrooms were great but showers were a bit awkward to operate. Overall our group had a great stay.

Great Proprty in a Great Location
This property was perfect for our friends trip to Annapolis. The house had everything we needed and you absolutely cannot beat the location. The place was clean and hit all 10 of us easily. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone visiting Annapolis with a larger crew.

Fantastic House Close to USNA
This is a fantastic, beautiful home just blocks from the USNA. It was clean and tastefully decorated. Communication with management was excellent and they were very helpful. Highly recommend!

Extremely Convenient Location for USNA Visits
We were just a small group of 3, but the first floor space and kitchen would be great for a slightly larger family that wanted to prepare meals and spend time together at the house.

Beautiful home, perfect location
We went for a long girls weekend and five of us stayed in the house. Everything was within walking distance- we didn’t take one taxi/Uber! Just a few hundred yards from Gate 1 of the USNA which is a great place to walk or jog. Terrific restaurants and loved the historic feel. Bring hairdryers and also it might be a little cozy for 5 single adults- 4 probably ideal. Kitchen was completely stocked with all needed pans and utensils. Very responsive hosts!

USNA family memorial respite
A perfectly located and very comfortable home to enjoy while in town for the USNA. So nice to walk into town for coffee, restaurants, and shops, and onto the academy grounds. Also fun to stay in a home that has charm and character such as this as an historic register property.

Beautiful Property
Immensely enjoyed our stay here, well located home in the heart of historic Annapolis. Able to walk most anywhere, including the adjacent gardens which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fun weekend!
The house is exactly as shown. So close to USNA you can see the chapel dome and hear the national anthem in the morning. The only thing it didn’t have was a hair dryer but that was no big deal.

USNaval Academy & Historic Annapolis Visit
Our family of 7 rented The Wardroom for our daughters visit to the US Naval Academy this past week. The property was in a great location, easy walk to everything. 1 Block from Gate 1, 3 minutes to Ego Alley, Main Street, and the State House. The house was as advertised, clean, awesome kitchen, plenty of sleeping area for everyone and nice updated master bathroom. The check in process was easy and the check out was painless as well. Even though the on street parking was limited we were able to park in Gott’s Garage which was about a 10 minute walk. - Tim

Christmas in Annapolis
Great place to stay. Gorgeous kitchen and baths, very comfortable beds. Be aware there is NO parking and you have to stash your car 1/2 mile away in a municipal garage. Downtown is very walkable. Very well located to get to all you'll need for food and fun. Highly recommend for the downtown Crabtown experience. Four was ideal, six would have been OK. Dog friendly. Ideal for adults, not a bunch of kids.
