This was the first property we stayed at when we first started coming to Anna Maria Island years ago and we were very pleased with it then. Although it's on the Bay side, it offers tropical style accommodations as though you're right on the ocean. However, due to the recent storms, the property does not hold its glamor that it once did. There is basically no Beach in the baywaters have become field with debris and grasses. However, we made the best of it and would still recommend this property if the outside was maintained a little better

Location was perfect
The house was perfect for our family of 5. Very minor wear on the house that didn’t impact our stay. House was stocked and linens were clean. Absolutely got our monies worth.

Spectacular location!
Outstanding location! Enjoyed the view of the sunshine bridge lit up at night. To Bean Point every evening for spectacular sunsets. The house was comfortable and well equipped. An incident with a falling coconut was handled quickly and to our satisfaction. Would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island because of the property we are able to rent. Very clean and everything we needed. Location was great, right on the beach.

Overall, the place was clean however, the master bedroom needed the carpet cleaned. Since we stayed right after the hurricane, I'm sure the cleaning people had their hands full. We had a nice time in the area and would go back. Thanks for renting your home. Patty,

A bit dissatisfied
Beds uncomfortable. Listening states “light foot traffic”…could not enjoy our beachfront because random disrespectful individuals/families set up day camp right outside our living and bedroom windows for most of the day, every day. We had to go to other beaches for more privacy. Outdoor and flashlights from neighbors shining in our bedroom at night while outside our bedroom fishing til after 11:00pm. No privacy at all at this location! We had to close our blinds instead of enjoy the view. Beach Rentals by Mobi misled by stating light foot traffic.

Amazing Location!!
The was in the perfect location for everything that Anna Maria has to offer! The bay is right out the back door and just a few steps from Bean Point and Rod n Reel Pier. It was a short golf cart ride from Pine Ave. We really loved this house and will be back!

Mit wenig Handgriffen, hätte das Haus besser sein können. Es ist halbherzig renoviert. Die Bäder sind alt und die Bettwäsche war tlw. Nicht sauber.Die Küchenausstattung war dürftig. Es gab keine Möglichkeit eine Mahlzeit draußen einzunehmen. Das Objekt lebt definitiv von der traumhaften ruhigen Lage. Wir hatten das Glück, dass die Nachbarhäuser nicht bezogen waren. Das Master’s room hat einen tollen Blick!- Wir werden das Haus nicht wieder buchen.

Wonderful experience!
We had an awesome time! The house is simple but does the job and is very comfortable for a young family. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities, beds were comfortable and hearing the ocean at night is such a treat. The location is stellar! Would stay here again.

Great time at the beach!
This is a perfect spot on the beach. The house is set up great especially if you have any folks that can’t do stairs, there is one small step into the house and none other than that. Plenty of space and everything you need in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and even beach supplies such as chairs and floaties.

Overall acceptable
We had a nice stay at this house. Most all the things you could want. Grill, fire pit, fishing gear, beach chairs and umbrellas. Wonderful views out the windows. But did have some same issues others have mentioned, some of the blinds didn’t work properly and need to be fixed. Slight but very noticeable sewer gas smell in the laundry/ master bedroom area, mildew/ mold on some of the windows and shower door but no noticeable smell. We were promised a couple of trash bags in the welcome kit and were none, and one lamp or bulb wasn’t working. Also several of the windows were so coated that I cleaned them just so I could enjoy the view better but you would think they would be cleaned as part of the cleaning service before we arrived. You pick this place for the views so you should be able to enjoy them! Also the tv in the master suite didn’t ever finish loading what ever it was updating to allow us to use it. But even though it had these small issues, it wouldn’t stop us from booking again.

Beautiful setting, great communication with owners
The location of the home is beautiful, literally steps from the sand, walking distance from Rod n Riel pier. The island overall was beautiful and I can't wait to go back. The condo is as pictured, and large enough for a big party. The master shower could be updated but worked well and isn't an issue. We did have an issue right away with the condo, but the issue was resolved immediately and appropriately. The owners were gracious, kind and easy to get ahold of. Highly recommend this place!

Can’t wait until next time!
Excellent location and lovely space. A few things could have been better. Would have loved to have more chairs for the beach instead of two. Blinds were broken in living room so we were unable to close them or open them fully. We had a marooned boat blocking ocean view of master bedroom window for three days. Other than these things it was wonderful and we will definitely go again.

Perfect way to "work from home" during Covid
Figured if we're working from home, why not make home warm FL instead of winter in the northeast. House is EXACTLY as shown in the pictures. In addition to clean and comfortable, there are many house amenities - fully stocked kitchen supplies, towels, beach supplies. Just a great experience. Anna Maria is a great spot and this Avoca is a bike ride from anything you want to do on the island. We hope to be back next year.
