“Great location for a home base to explore the island— everything was just a short walk or drive away, and we came home to great place to hang out and sleep. We stayed for 3 weeks, had adult kids visit, had meals here, hung outside, watched fishermen, walked to beach and restaurants. House itself has big rooms, views of Sandy Ground, a nice covered porch, fairly well equipped kitchen, t.v.s, and cool AC for when you need it (and you will). We rented a car with him and he took care of permission that you need to get in order to drive in Anguilla. “Eight adults in our group and the villa was perfect! Gorgeous views, wonderful common spaces and private bed and baths. The home was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The only two negative comments we had were the kitchen probably needs to be updated a bit. There should probably be 2 refrigerators for that size of place since it's quite a small fridge. “I've traveled all over the Carribean and Sea Villa at Long Bay was the best of them all. While the villa is very impressive, it's the staff and the people of Anguilla that make it special. The island itself is a hidden gem, with beautiful beaches and clear water. It's not overcrowded, since cruise ships go to St Martin. Rent a car and you'll love the location. 2 minutes to jelly BBQ - best ribs on the island (papers BBQ for the best chicken) Home was clean with lots of space. Beds were fine and a blew cold. TV and wifi worked great. Comfy chairs and dinner table. Solid kitchen if a bit sparse. This isn't a luxury listing but if you value space, quiet and low key you'll love it.”
