I received several emails about the checkin and checkout process. That was very helpful! Here is the reason for the 3 star review.1. Bathroom floors were dirty.2. Pillows on the the bunks were dirty and there were hair balls on two of them.3. Keurig was broken.4. Several of the lights were out or didn’t work. For example, if the ceiling fan was on the light had to be on as well. Very odd.This kind of stuff should have been taken care of before we arrived, especially with all the fees (cleaning included) we have to pay.The location as loud. That’s not anyone’s fault at all! However, we wouldn’t choose this location again because of how loud it was.
