Very nice lo action in a new development of Milan. Easy to walk to most of the key sites (i.e. Duomo). Very nice staff. Plenty of nearby food.

The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast experience needs a serious upgrade. Regular coffee, as opposed to espresso based coffees, is self into cups with no saucers. The cups very much need saucers, they are not saucer-less mugs. On both days we were there the coffee cups ran out, and the cereal bowls ran out. The service of the staff members, bar one, was reflective of holiday temps, out of place in a 5-star establishment. The physical space, too, is a bit like a gym being used for cafeteria service.
