“We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this beautifully restored 257 year old farmhouse. The location was peaceful and private — truly an unexpected gem within minutes of the center of New Hampshire’s capital city. During our stay we experienced two snowstorms and we were grateful for our host’s balance of respecting our privacy while also ensuring us safe access in and out of the snowy property. We can’t wait to return in June and again in September! ”

“We had a great stay at this property for a family reunion / 80th birthday - it was perfect for our group. The indoor pool was fabulous for our group as we had six kids who basically lived in the pool all day. So highly recommended but just know what to expect. “Our stay at the cottage was very relaxing. The large open yard and wonderful view of the mountains was perfect for us as well as our dog. The cottage was clean and had a very comfortable bed. Communication with the manager was great from booking to check-out, we wish we could have stayed longer.”

We enjoyed walking across the street to the lake and up the hill to go the concert next door. We were also a short drive from Weirs Beach. We had great communication and hope to stay there again.”

“The property overall is a good choice for the area. It’s definitely dated but nicer than some of the brand hotels nearby. Having a kitchen and living room is very nice. The views from the condo are beautiful. We have now stayed in a two bedroom and a one bedroom. If you have mobility issues choose the two bedroom and ask for a first floor.
