Potential Cabin
2 days before our checkin (on a holiday weekend) I got a message that the hot tub wasn't working due to magnesium and iron in the well water. That was the reason we chose this cabin and being a holiday weekend there weren't any other options (also considering I booked months in advance). That was a real bummer. they said they were working on fixing it but no one ever came by while we were there to fix. The toilets were stained which tells me water issues in this place is an ongoing problem. The bathroom where the main rooms are downstairs had issues. The tub facet would blow off during a shower and water would spray out - this was frustrating. There wasn't enough toilet paper or paper towels for a house that sleeps 13. We ended up having to go to the store 2nd day to purchase our own. There wasn't enough dishes and glassware either to house this many people so we were constantly having to wash dishes every day. The kitchen sink plumbing was also loose which came undone while we were running the dishwasher, in which soap and water filled the cabinet under the sink. we had to clean this up and tighten the area that came loose (fixed it), but also this was frustrating. there are also security cameras on the outside of the property which were not disclosed in the ad. Is this even legal? Seems the owners of this place may not be around to pay attention to detail and I doubt the property management company is hardly paying attention to detail. Potential yes not ideal
