Impresionante y altamente actualizada casa en la piscina perfecta para 3 familias.

Tres master suites, todas con camas Cal-King, cada una con baño privado. Las dos habitaciones para niños, ambas con literas completas y compartidas, comparten el baño del pasillo. Los baños tienen piso de mármol / travertino, gabinetes de paneles elevados personalizados, encimeras de granito con duchas de diseño personalizado mejoradas.

Cocina de concepto abierto y comedor con suelos de travertino. La cocina tiene gabinetes con paneles personalizados con encimeras de granito, salpicaduras de travertino y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable (estufa / horno, refrigerador / congelador, microondas y lavaplatos). El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas, con asientos adicionales en la sala de estar y en el mostrador de la cocina. Junto a la cocina hay un medio baño, una lavadora y secadora grandes y el dormitorio principal n. ° 3.

La sala de juegos, ubicada en el garaje, tiene mesas de ping pong, futbolín (3-1 mesa con air hockey, billar y ping-pong) y juguetes. Hay cochecitos, sillas altas, asientos elevados y juegos de carga para que usen sus bebés y niños pequeños.

Family Disney Trip
It was a beautiful place. We definitely needed Uber to travel back and forth from Disneyland because it’s quite a walk after all the walking there. It was wonderful to have the ability to stock food in the house before arriving. It was hard to keep our kids quiet in the pool because it was such a great place to unwind.

Great home and location
We had a great time on the trip. The check-in process was easy, the house was comfortable and well suited for our stay. Super close to Disneyland. It would have been amazing were there bikes to ride to and from the park as this would have been super convenient getting to and from the park without the hassle of driving and parking a car. The only negative was the hot tub not working well on the second day, but the host was able to fix that relatively quickly. We would rent here again in the future!

One of Favorite Places We’ve Stayed
One of our favorite rentals we’ve stayed at. This home has it all. Comfortable beds (which is always top of my list), kitchen was very well equipped with quality tools, appliances and dishes etc., good location, safe neighborhood, loved the pool and hot tub. Very responsive to any of our questions or concerns. Loved all the attention to detail, like shampoo and soap in all bathrooms and kitchen, laundry and dish soap. Everything felt clean and up to date. Lots of room to relax or play games. A huge comfortable couch to all be together; but other rooms in house spread out enough to not be on top of each other. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

Great location to Disneyland
Great location to Disneyland, easy drive to there. How’s was perfect for our size family. The only down side was we received a noise complaint when we arrived there at 4:30pm For the kids in the pool. It was Sunday afternoon so I felt this was a bit ridiculous. I know it’s not the property management’s fault but after that we felt uncomfortable to have kids out there without them being quiet. So if you have little kids you may want to be aware of this.

Great stay
Our stay was excellent. We had a group of nine staying for a trip to Disneyland. The setup for the house was perfect for us. All the adults got private master bedrooms while the kids could stay together in the two kid’s bedrooms. It was perfect. The pool and hot tub were great and a welcome relief after a long day at Disney. Very clean and would highly recommend.

My spouse and I and our 3 kids really enjoyed our stay! Communicating with the property manager was a breeze. There were no surprises and the house lived up to our expectations. It was a very short drive to Disneyland and the pool was fantastic! Great layout of the house with lots of privacy. Would def go back!

This was a great place for a family to stay. It was extremely close to Disneyland. My husband and I actually walked home from Disneyland, it was that close. The place was beautiful and my whole family enjoyed the stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

The property was an oasis for our family. The management co. was very responsive and timely in answering our questions and resolving them. Only one small issue was they wi-fi was not very good and for the last couple days we had none. Apparently the co. could not get out to fix it until the day we were leaving. This was not an issue that could be avoided we don't think and it was beyond the management's control. Would recommend this property if you have a large group and are in particular visiting Disneyland - it is within walking distance and about a $7.00 Uber ride one way if you would rather get there that way.

The home was very spacious and within a 5min drive to Disneyland. Minor upgrades would score higher ratings. The pool and spa would be great if rails were added and fun noodles to stay afloat in the deep end. Watching Disneyland fireworks from the pool was an added bonus. Bring mosquito spray as they seem to come out at dusk. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great place for family.
We had 4 teens and a 7 year old. The pool and game room were perfect for them. About a 10 minute drive to the Disney parking garage. We left the parks each day for a few hours to R&R. Our only complaint is that it was hard to park two vehicles off the road. The house was very nice. We would have stayed longer.

Family Disneyland trip
We had a wonderful time in our week long stay at this house. We took our large family of 11 and all fit very comfortably at this property. Everyone’s favorite thing was the pool. We spent alot of time swimming as a family. The walk to Disney wasn’t awful but not enjoyable walking 30 minutes in the heat of the summer so we ended up having my husband drop and pick everyone up everyday. A short five minute drive to Disney. The house is well equipped but as stated there in no condiments and things. There was salt but we bought pepper and other things. There are plenty of towels, dishes, pot and pans ect. The only issue we had is we couldn’t get the sound to work on any of the TVs while using apps such as Netflix. They worked fine with cable though and there is cable in every room but my family is very attached to their specific shows. The property manager’s were wonderful! Very quick communication and pleasant people to deal with. I’d definitely rent another one of their properties.

FAMILY VACATION
The house was nice every room was spacious., the bathrooms nice and space for toiletries., outside pool and jacuzzi was nice., neighbors complained about excessive noise but we were not making uncomfortable noise for them to complain, fan in one of the rooms did not work other then that we enjoyed our stayed at this home thank you very much… We didn’t get the check in ℹ formation until the day off I was very worried to drive 7 hours and have issues getting in to the house…

Convenient, comfortable stay
We booked this house largely becasue of the online photos of the pool and spa. we were not disappointed. The back yard and pool area is lovely. We didn't have time to use the pool table and ping pong table but that area was lovely as well. I think you may need to buy some ping pong balls. The home is starkly furnished, not a lot of extra rugs and pillows and decor, etc. But that makes keeping it clean easy. The manager/owner of the home was easy to communicate with and very responsive to our requsts. TV is cable only. No smart TV. So if you like to watch movies as a group on vacation, bring a firestick or an apple tv or an hdmi cord with your mac/pc adapter so you can watch whatever you want. This was not a problem for us. We were very busy and enjoyed returning to this home to gather and relax. Great location. Some good food options. We loved Le Kitchen Pho and Rice. Some of the best egg rolls I have ever eaten. We avoided the touristy areas. In the evenings you can step out front and watch the Disney fireworks.
