Impresionante y altamente actualizada casa en la piscina perfecta para 3 familias.

Tres master suites, todas con camas Cal-King, cada una con baño privado. Las dos habitaciones para niños, ambas con literas completas y compartidas, comparten el baño del pasillo. Los baños tienen piso de mármol / travertino, gabinetes de paneles elevados personalizados, encimeras de granito con duchas de diseño personalizado mejoradas.

Cocina de concepto abierto y comedor con suelos de travertino. La cocina tiene gabinetes con paneles personalizados con encimeras de granito, salpicaduras de travertino y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable (estufa / horno, refrigerador / congelador, microondas y lavaplatos). El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas, con asientos adicionales en la sala de estar y en el mostrador de la cocina. Junto a la cocina hay un medio baño, una lavadora y secadora grandes y el dormitorio principal n. ° 3.

La sala de juegos, ubicada en el garaje, tiene mesas de ping pong, futbolín (3-1 mesa con air hockey, billar y ping-pong) y juguetes. Hay cochecitos, sillas altas, asientos elevados y juegos de carga para que usen sus bebés y niños pequeños.

Nice home
Everything was great except for the ear splitting pool guard on the doors which you werent anle to turn off from the outside. The button on the outside was broken and you had to listen to it EVERY TIME you reentered.

Convenient, comfortable stay
We booked this house largely becasue of the online photos of the pool and spa. we were not disappointed. The back yard and pool area is lovely. We didn't have time to use the pool table and ping pong table but that area was lovely as well. I think you may need to buy some ping pong balls. The home is starkly furnished, not a lot of extra rugs and pillows and decor, etc. But that makes keeping it clean easy. The manager/owner of the home was easy to communicate with and very responsive to our requsts. TV is cable only. No smart TV. So if you like to watch movies as a group on vacation, bring a firestick or an apple tv or an hdmi cord with your mac/pc adapter so you can watch whatever you want. This was not a problem for us. We were very busy and enjoyed returning to this home to gather and relax. Great location. Some good food options. We loved Le Kitchen Pho and Rice. Some of the best egg rolls I have ever eaten. We avoided the touristy areas. In the evenings you can step out front and watch the Disney fireworks.

The house was as represented in photos. Worked out for our 3 families. Liked that all bedrooms are on first floor. Listing said 1/2 mile from Disney. It is actually approximately 2 mile drive to Disney. Short drive since we had a car. Would recommend this rental

Family get away
The family and I had a great time on property during our stay. Kids love the game room and pool. Pool heated as promised and very relaxing. The home is very spacious and rooms are great. We are talking about planning another trip back soon already.

With location and the pool … this house was perfect for us. We walked to the parks 4 days, it was a bit of a far walk at the end of the day but we made it work. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

3 Masters works perfect.
This would be a great house to spend time in on your off days from Disney. The pool is big and the hot tub spacious. Unfortunately we were there for a funeral but the house was great for us.

Wonderful VRBO
This was a beautiful property. The layout of the bedrooms was great allowing privacy for different couples. The outdoor pool area and spa was beauand the landscaping gorgeous. It was in a nice, safe neighborhood. Carolyn was wonderful to deal with. We discovered a couple things that weren’t working and they sent a maintenance person the next day to try to fix them. If we ever return to Disneyland, we would absolutely book this property again.

Family Vacation to California
This property is an older home with lots of great space. Loved that each mater suite had its own bathroom. The downside to this home for our vacation was that it could have been cleaned better. Spider webs though out the home. The dishwasher was cleaning the dishes properly. There was a bee hive in the back yard and could not enjoy the out doors, antis in master beroom. One bathroom had mold on the ceiling. One of the head boards was not properly attached to the bed and the maintenance person did call or come till the last dsy of the trip to fix it. One of the male property managers was a bit rude at one point when trying to get the pool light and hot tub turned on. I made recommendations to post signs for the pool control's because there were not marked clearly. We did not get the hot tub going and the water fall going till the last day. The yard was not well maintained in the back with broken branches and dead leaves everywhere. Some bushes were over grown. This rental property did not reimburse or compensate us for any of the inconveniences. I would not consider bringing my family to this home. The washer is all rusted. The property company could be a bit more respectful when customers pay to stay in a home and make complaints to improve our stay.

This property was perfect for our family during our visit to Anaheim for our Christmas Disneyland trip. There was even a cute Christmas tree set up creating a nice ambience. The pool is amazing too!

Christmas Disney Vacation
Unfortunately, we were undewhelmed with our stay at this property. We were told that our door code would work beginning at 2pm, but it did not work until 4pm. In that timeframe, the host was unresponsive and did not help get us into the property. The property is listed as a 1/2 mile walk to Disnelyland. However, to get into Disneyland it's acutally a 1.5 mile walk. It's 1.2 miles to get into the Downtown Disney area. The house is not very clean. There is mold in some of the showers, dirty window sills & baseboards, rusted washing machine. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials, and the kids had a great time in the pool/hot tub. The beds are not the most comfortable; the support on ours was either broken or not great quality as the frame creaked/scratched the floor when moving in bed. The bedside lamps are not plugged in, rendering them useless. In our bedroom, the light and ceiling fan turned on together; someone had the cord removed to turn the fan off so we couldn't indpendantly control them (not ideal to have the fan on in winter!) There are signs all over the property with warnings about damage, breaking rules, additional fees! It was not very welcoming; it's quite off-putting actually! The TV in the living room has no volume when using apps (example Netflix). I texted the host as instructed without any response/resolve.

Great for Multiple Families
3 Master Suites with en suite bathrooms and two more bedrooms with full sized bunk beds was perfect for our group. Grandparents in one room. Son/wife with infant in other room. Daughter/husband with infant in the third room. The large rooms for the other four grandchildren were perfect. The pool was great. A grouchy neighbor complained about happy children noise in and around the pool in the middle of the afternoon. Too bad for the neighbor, but we were respectful and quiet by 5:00pm. Very close to Disneyland. Terrific family VRBO.

Large family home
This house is perfect for large families. About a 5 min drive to the parking lot of Disney with the trams waiting was a very easy commute daily. Staying so close we were able to come back to the house to enjoy the amazing backyard and pool to cool down. Very well stocked kitchen we saved some money on eating out and had breakfast and dinner at the house most days. Can’t wait to visit again!

Need major upgrades
Backyard is nice but inside the home needs major upgrades. The house is too small & a lot of broken things. I’ll passed on this home for any future rentals. & it takes way too long to get my refundable deposits back.
