Esta es nuestra segunda propiedad de alquiler ubicada en la planta baja de la primera. Hemos tenido mucho cuidado para hacer de este un espacio espacioso pero acogedor. Su espacio es completamente privado con todo lo que pueda desear en un apartamento completamente amueblado cerca de todo pero tranquilo y hogareño. Nuestro espacio está diseñado pensando en usted: cómodas camas y lujosas toallas y una cocina completa para bocadillos o comidas. Proporcionamos bocadillos en la nevera a la llegada: algún tipo de pan o fruta o barras de granola o todo lo anterior. Proporcionamos las cosas que siempre deseamos tener cuando nos vamos, como toallas de papel, mantequilla, sal y pimienta, algunos huevos y un refrigerador de verdad.  El wifi es rápido y la televisión es grande y hay un rincón de lectura para un pequeño lugar de descanso. Disfrutamos de acoger parejas y familias y hemos conocido a algunas personas realmente agradables y eso se nota en nuestras reseñas. Somos muy amigables para los niños con un columpio y una pila de arena en el patio delantero. Hay varios parques infantiles a 5 minutos en coche. Tenga en cuenta un mínimo de 2 noches para viernes y sábado.

Clean and comfortable property! Perfect for visiting the Amherst area. It was easy to get to the Dickinson House and the Eric Carle Museum. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was great. The space was comfortable and cozy. Was nice to have a kitchen to cook a little and they included fresh eggs with other snacks to make it welcoming.

Quiet, very clean, clean sheets with plenty of pillows, soft towels with extra ones available. Eggs, milk, bread and butter in fridge for breakfast. It came in handy before I started tailgating Saturday morning. I was in town for a football game. Quick and easy access to UMASS campus. Quick access to downtown. Very easy check-in and check-out. Property manager responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Plenty of instructions inside to guide you through your stay. I would definitely stay again! It was a great weekend experience. M-I-Z...Z-O-U!!

Great, quiet and centralized location to explore Amherst and surroundings. Check in was super easy, apartment was clean and comfy. Didn’t get to meet Lee but she was wonderful communicating with. She also left us some welcoming goodies :) Would stay there again.

Lower level apartment was very well maintained, very well stocked (scissors, sewing kit, batteries, cleaning supplies, fully supplied kitchen (FYI coffee maker was a Kuerig with fillable filters), even homemade fruit bread, butter, eggs, and fruit in the fridge upon arrival!) Met owner and he was super nice, explaining how to easily get to the 21+ miles of hiking trails behind the property. Very close to Mullins center but far enough removed to ensure quiet, peaceful evenings. Will rent again next year if Convention lands in Mullins center again.

The hosts of this property were very responsive even before my arrival, answering questions quickly. The property is easy to access and walking distance from a lovely breakfast spot/market. Their thoughtfulness in leaving snacks for travelers was a lovely touch. It felt like a home away from home -- clean, warm and comfortable!

There are steps down to this convenient, functional apartment that functioned as the hub for our 2 day stay. Just a few minutes walk to the nearby Cushman market and cafe for essential sustenance. Lee is a great host and quick to field any questions.

Very nice apartment. It appears to be newly renovated. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nice and well equipped. It was clean and came with bedding and towels. They even had some snacks and some breakfast food in the refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is exactly like the pictures. Even though it's a basement apartment, it not dark at all. You can see it's been recently renovated, painted, etc. and well taken care of. The hosts left eggs, butter, milk and several slices of delicious cranberry bread in the fridge. What a nice touch!! We were visiting friends in Sunderland and this location was perfect for getting to their house plus it's near so many lovely towns and historic sites. We loved Puffers Pond. Would definitely come back to this place again.

Wonderful apt. Very clean with many amenities including breakfast food and snacks which added a nice touch. Was concerned about it being a basement apartment but hardly noticeable when you’re inside. This one is a keeper for sure. Thank you to the Kimballs for allowing us to enter early.
