“Be warned if you are going in the summer months the mosquitos are terrible! We forfeited our second night because we could not even step outside without swarms. Not an exaggeration. The place was nice and the breakfast was fantastic as were the staff. There are overgrown bush areas separating each cabin but unfortunately this is attracting mosquitos - might be beneficial to have some citronella plants or other bug repelling plants in the mix. The house stood out with its retro, 1950s-style Smeg appliances which are super cool and full of character, paired with thoughtfully chosen decor that made every space feel warm and inviting. Check in was so easy and the owners are very responsive. This place is a must if you find yourself in Kentucky horse country. ”

“This was a great place. In the country but very easy access to Gettysburg and surrounding area. Our hosts left snacks and drinks for our use. Every morning and evening we enjoyed either the front porch or back patio. There was even fire wood and kindling for the backyard firepit.Don't know if we'll return to Gettysburg but if we do, we would stay here again without hesitation. ”
