Clean, great location
Nice property, location. Room was neat and clean. I appreciated the good communication and not having to go find someone onsite to check in. Only item I would note is sound from other rooms can be easily heard. Everyone observed quiet hours and it was fine but I was worried I would disturb someone.

I loved the place but they could have told us that all we had to was check our email for the door code because that really delayed us but overall pretty and clean and would definitely go back.

Awesome stay
The property was super well maintained and the room was clean and comfortable. My only regret is that we didn't stay long enough to get to use the lovely fire pit out back. The owner was great at communicating and made sure we had all the information we needed.

Close to home
This property was perfect in proximity to our plans. Mr. Gray and his manager were very nice and helpful. Our room was everything we needed and comfortable. The only downfal to our visit, was the morning we were checking out someone was stomping arounf on the floor above us begore 7 am.

Room 2 of Greeter Lodge
The location of Greeter Lodge is perfect to enjoy Savage Gulf State Park, especially Greeter Falls and Stone Door. The room was clean with easy access. I did think I had my own small refrigerator and microwave in the room according to the pictures, but it looks like they’ve made a common area for rooms 2 & 3 where they offered the refrigerator, microwave and two different kinds of coffee makers. Keurig coffee pods & creamer were in room with a small maker and also in the common area. Rocking chair porch was nice, especially loved during a rain storm with the metal roof.

Perfect clean and interesting
My wife and I stayed in room 2. It was small but very comfortable for the two of us. Great Wi-Fi connection. Tv had all the normal apps for streaming. Joe was super friendly and we will definitely be back. We stayed here because it was close to the caverns. Lots of great local restaurants in a 20 mile radius.

Peaceful Slumber
Cozy, comfortable, quiant AND affordable! Joe was so nice and we were given a full tour and the history of the building. Would be ideal for a family reunion and when the kitchen and great room is completed we will probably do so. Enjoyed our stay plan to return in Dec for Aaron Lewis at the Caverns. Joe let us know there is a near by shuttle that will pick up and return us to the Lodge. That was the final piece for us. Great place, highly recommend.
