“It was a great experience. Everything was great. Communication, the room was super clean and it had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was great. It has microwave and mini fridge. The check in and checkout process was super easy. It was the very first time we stayed at NUMA, but we will definitely do it again. We really enjoyed our stayed. ”

“We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation.
