“Hi Steve, We are checking out early and just left the house. We didn't find any checkout instructions since there is no tablet at the house. But we emptied all of the trash indoors, picked up after our dogs, and put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher (but I forgot to start the cycle). We wanted to make you aware of a few things that we found broken when we checked in so you don't think we did it and can perhaps fix before the next renters arrive. “Super nice place that is a recent build. Far out from the Santa Fe attractions, but gorgeous, with nice rooms for a family and a functioning jacuzzi. Kitchen is extremely well stocked. Property manager does not respond to communication so be aware of that, but we had no major problems while there. Also, they really want you to download the Vacasa app, which is separate from VRBO. It's because its a corporate owner, not an individual. Quiet neighborhood, big starry sky, spacious common area all...

“We had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and it was easy to get anywhere in the city. The kitchen is great, bathroom and bedrooms have plenty of space. The backyard is very nice, too. We would definitely stay again.”

“I stayed 8 night in June. I worked part of the time and hiked a lot. I was a solo traveler. WIFI - The WIFI works great! I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to work or work well. I had no impact workwise...attended and ran TEAMs calls with no issues. Worked outside in the mornings while it wasn't too hot outside. I had a deer join me one morning and a neighborhood cat another. Sleeping - the bed is very comfortable. If you're staying during the summer, you may want to turn the AC/Swamp...
