Villa espaciosa piscina privada y vistas al mar perfecto para las familias de baños nuevos

Esta villa de una sola planta de tres dormitorios se encuentra en la zona de Vale do Milho de Carvoeiro, a poca distancia de un campo de golf de 9 hoyos ya pocos minutos de una playa y restaurantes de calidad. La villa tiene una piscina totalmente privada de 10m x 5m que se puede cerrar para proteger a los niños pequeños. Calefacción de la piscina es de £ 120 por semana extra. Esta a poca distancia del centro del pueblo de Carvoeiro, que tiene una gran variedad de restaurantes y bares, así como una playa bonita. Más playas de espectacular belleza se pueden encontrar dentro de un corto trayecto en coche. Hay mercados locales y también una excelente supermercado a 5 minutos en coche para comprar todo lo que necesita para la barbacoa. Esta villa es el favorito de las familias jóvenes, sino también con las parejas que buscan una villa tranquila y privada. Las grandes terrazas son especialmente adecuadas para relajarse, tomar el sol y cenar en esas noches bochornosas con una botella o dos de excelente vino portugués local, mientras disfruta de las vistas sobre el valle hasta el mar. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama grande de 6 pies con baño privado de lujo. Los otros dos dormitorios tienen dos camas individuales, pero también se pueden configurar como dobles si es necesario. Las habitaciones están ubicadas en un lado de la villa, lo que permite la proximidad de la noche a los niños pequeños y ofrece la posibilidad de cerrar la zona de dormitorio del resto de la villa. Los dos cuartos de baño son nuevos y de calidad excepcional. La villa tiene una cocina moderna totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades y está muy bien adaptado para cocinar en casa y disfrutar de las comidas en la terraza con vistas a la piscina. El salón es espacioso y el gran comedor independiente se agrega a la sensación de lujo, proporcionando más espacio para cenar en casa. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana con una multitud de canales en inglés, incluyendo películas y Sky Sports. Esta es una calle residencial cerca del final de un callejón sin salida por lo que hay muy poco ruido de cualquier tráfico que pasa. Una criada visita dos veces por semana y un gerente de la casa también está en la mano. Una villa muy privada, apacible e idílica que disfrutan todos nuestros huéspedes.

Friends week in Carvoeiro
The villa was a perfect stay for us (5 friends, one with accessibility needs: everything single level, walk in showers, large rooms w amble room around beds, well-equipped kitchen, ample indoor and outdoor spaces. Villa has view all the way to the sea. Car parking behind house w direct access to kitchen. Very responsive host. Lovely pool that we paid to heat in October

7 days of bliss
Overall we had an excellent stay. We did have a problem with the keys. The door looks automatically from inside. We only had one key and found ourselves looked out one night. We did have a quick response from the management company. They suggested having another in the lockbox outside. They did put one in the following day. Unfortunately we were charged a fee for their service.

Lovely house, nice area, close to good restaurants
The house is spacious and well laid out. Very nice patio and sitting area outside, kitchen was well equipped, beds were very comfortable, lots of good restaurants in Carvoeiro about 1km away plus a great Indian restaurant, Pashmina, around the corner. Pool looked great but it was rainy when we were there and we didnt use it.

Great property in quiet location
This was our 3rd villa holiday and definitely the best accomodation we have experienced it had a well equipped kitchen and cleaning twice a week was an unexpected treat. We heated the pool which on occasion was a bit too warm not sure if it could be adjusted a bit down. I liked it though!!

Great place to be
We very much liked the Villa and it’s surrounding. Lot’s of space to enjoy. The house and pool was very nice. The view from the terrace is excellent. The services (cleaning and pool) in and around the house are good. Very nice people to have around. Minor issues were directly solved. Contact with the owner was excellent and helpful. We did a walk to the coastline. Magnificent views, very short by.

The property was everything we hoped it would be, and more. Communication was excellent from the beginning. Property is located in a lovely, quiet area and only a short drive from many bars and restaurants. Very family-friendly place. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. Glad we had a hire car. Would stay again.

A perfect summer house for a family
This house was one of the best house we have ever rentes on Vrbo. Big, clean, nice pool and outdoor areas and very well equipped. The hostess was so helpfull and welcomming and the maid so sweet. The house is located in a quiet area, but close ti the beach and Carvoeiro center. We loved this house and hope to return!

Exactly what we were looking for
We loved this villa, it was so amazing. Outside areas were awesome. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings, it was just what we wanted. There was so much space and absolutely everything that we needed. Clare was really helpful and friendly. I would love to return!

Lovely villa
Just back from our stay at this villa. Communication pre-holiday was excellent; villa was just as listed, very spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Opted to pay for pool heating and glad we did as meant kids could play in it for ages without getting chilly. Local beaches were lovely and we managed without a hire car; got an Uber when needed which was really easy and not too pricey either. Ate out a bit and cooked the rest of the time; kitchen was well equipped to do so. Didn’t have any issues at all; area was very peaceful and we had the chilled relaxing holiday that we needed. Would definitely recommend this villa and would happily go back ourselves.

Absolutely fantastic!
You can't find better accommodations than this lovely villa! It is beautiful and has an incredible view of the ocean. Because it isn't right in town, it is very peaceful and serene. All the spaces, inside and out, are well appointed and comfortable. Even though we chose not to heat the pool, it was very warm due to the solar cover they use. We loved walking into town for both hiking and meals. We will definitely be back and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Winter break
We stayed for a week while golfing in the area. Villa was excellent and exceeded expectations. The kitchen is well equipped and large lounge/dining area was very comfortable. Bedrooms are a very good size with plenty storage space. The outside seating areas and rooftop terrace would be fantastic spaces in the warm weather. The pool is fantastic. Very happy to recommend and hopefully will be back.

Christmas in Algarve
We had a lovely stay at Clare’s home. Situated in a beautiful part of the Algarve near the sweet town of Carvoeiro, the house has lovely views and is spacious and comfortable. Even though we were staying during the winter, the ocean was still warm enough to swim in and the patio of the house retained enough heat to enjoy being outside most days. AC wall heaters and the fireplace keep the house warm once the sun goes down. It’s easy to buy firewood on the main road to Carvoeiro. Apolonia is a great super market close by that has organic produce and very good fish and meat counters. The pool was very clean but it wasn’t warm enough to swim in for the first 6 days. After that it was lovely to swim in. We had challenges with appliances and/or heaters tripping the electrical switch regularly. Clare, Michelle and Elia, were all great at communicating and attending to anything that came up. As it was the holidays (Christmas/New Year) the electrical issue couldn’t be resolved fully but the management company is attending to this in the coming days. A lovely woman came to clean the house several times a week, keeping it spotless. We would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful stay in late Oct/early Nov
Villa was huge and comfortable, communication was excellent and pool was lovely and warm with the heating. Kids spent most of the week happily swimming and splashing and enjoying food at Jota Lita in Carvoeiro. Many thanks for a fab holiday.

Within 10 minutes of arriving we were in the heated swimming pool !! Clare made the process so easy from providing clear directions to the villa to the very straight forward check in. The villa was exceptionally clean on our arrival with a thoughtful welcome package. The villa was a great size with plenty of room for the 3 adults and 2 under 8 year old children in our party. The villa is set in a quiet residential area within walking distance to the nearest beach (10 minutes even with children). The main centre was further but could still be reached in about 25 minutes with possibly a taxi back. We all loved the pool and although we visited in October with the weather a little changeable we were in the pool everyday. We love Portugal and have stayed in Carvoeiro many times but this villa is by far our favourite and already looking to book a return. 5 star accommodation and hosts.

Wonderful Villa with amazing host but…
The villa is very homely with plenty of home comforts. We arrived very early in the morning and checkin was easy and Clare has left some groceries / water for us to get our stay started. The communication with Clare was always excellent. The But is given because we arrived to a dirty pool with green algae around the sides and bottom and it wasn’t cleaned until the day after. Even when it was cleaned it could have been better. Also we were not given the opportunity to change our pool towels. The weather was very windy at times and I had to spend considerable time and effort cleaning the pool cover before taking it off and sweeping the pool areas and netting the pool itself before we could use it. Some garden maintenance may have helped with this. All in all a lovely stay and thank you Clare for letting us stay in a lovely villa and in a great location.

Fantastic Villa
Really enjoyed staying at the property, beautifully furnished and communication was excellent throughout. Close to a number of lovely beaches including one that was just a short walk away. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a special place to stay in the Algarve.

Perfect Holiday
Honestly we had the best time! The villa has everything you need and is so accommodating for all ages! It was a little distance from the main town but for those of us fit and healthy we welcomed the walk in and for those not so, Uber was very handy! The beach was close by and fairly quiet which was nice and there were also local amenities within a short walking distance albeit a little hilly! Clare was a great communicator and helped massively with arranging transport to and from airport so big thank you! We would recommend without hesitation and hope to return again in the future! Thanks for a fab stay :)

Peace and quiet
Lovely villa in very peaceful location. Bit of a hike to/from the main village of Carvoeiro but all necessary amenities are nearby. Fantastic beach and beach restaurant close to hand. Communication with Claire, the owner, very good. Would certainly return.

Excellent Villa in Carvoireo
This is one of those properties that has a happy feel to it, the moment you arrive. We were very sad to leave and would certainly stay here again when we visit the algarve. Very private and very spacious Villa. From the photographs, you can't really tell how big the property is. This is far larger in real life and felt cavernous for our party of 4. Everything about the Villa is superb. Kitchen, swimming pool, bedrooms, bathrooms etc. We cooked here every day and I can recommend the Apolonia supermarket for all of your food requirements. No negatives I can think of. Be aware, the washing machine. is not available for your use and can only be used by the visiting maid.

Perfect house on a perfect place!
Wir liebten den Aufenthalt im Haus zusammen mit unseren drei Teenagern. Das Haus und der Pool wurden mehrmals pro Woche gereinigt, es war also sehr sauber. Der Pool war im Juli/August angenehm warm, auch ohne zu heizen. Es liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort, umgeben von traumhaften Stränden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen…!

Alles wunderbar
Die Villa ist wirklich super schön und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist auch super um die Algarve in alle Richtungen zu erkunden. Kleinen Punkteabzug gibt es für die Betten im 2. Schlafenzimmer, da diese nicht mit dem Gestell verschraubt waren haben diese beim umdrehen erwas gewackelt, was unsere jugendlichen Twins etwas gestört hat. Wisse sollte man, dass man Geschirrspültabs und Klopapier selbst besorgen muss, was aber, wenn man es weiß, kein Problem ist, da es in den Supermärkten entsprechende Kleinpackungen mit 10 Stück GS Tabs bzw. 4 Klopapier Rollen gibt. Durch den oft starken Wind kann es sein, dass der Pool, trotz nächtlichem Abdecken, während des Aufenthaltes schon auch mal Blätter am Boden hat. (Lässt sich aber eben durch den Wind nicht ganz vermeiden). Alles in allem hatten wir aber eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa auf die wir uns abends nach den Ausflügen schon immer sehr gefreut haben.
