¡Te damos la bienvenida a The Ledges Resort & Marina! Estamos ubicados en la calle El río Lawrence frente al castillo de Boldt. Tenemos vistas del castillo, el faro de Sunken Rock y el principal canal de envío. Tenemos cubiertas, muelles, hamacas y cenadores. Son excelentes para observar barcos o pescar. Hemos recientemente renovado piscina en el suelo. Hay fogatas al aire libre donde puedes calentarte bajo las estrellas. ¡Incluso proporcionamos la leña! Hay muchas áreas de césped abiertas para jugar, jugar al césped o simplemente caminar.

The Ledges ofrece una escapada tranquila con 6 acres de jardines a lo largo del agua. Si bien los terrenos brindan privacidad y mucho espacio, no estamos en una ubicación remota. The Lighthouse es una casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. En realidad es una casa flotante! Si tienes tu propio bote o alquilas uno, ¡puedes amarrarlo justo frente a tu sala de estar! Hay una terraza alrededor de la cabaña en el nivel inferior. El dormitorio principal tiene un balcón con vistas al castillo de Boldt. Es un gran lugar para pescar o simplemente relajarse y disfrutar del río.

Arriba: el dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size. El balcón tiene una vista espectacular del castillo de Boldt y del faro de Sunken Rock. El segundo dormitorio de arriba tiene 2 camas queen. El baño de arriba tiene una ducha de pie.

Abajo: hay una gran entrada. Esto conduce a la habitación de abajo, baño y sala de estar / cocina. El cuarto de abajo tiene una cama doble. El baño tiene bañera y ducha completas. La sala de estar se combina con la cocina. La cocina cuenta con una estufa / horno de tamaño completo, refrigerador / congelador de tamaño completo, microondas, cafetera y lavavajillas. Tiene todos los utensilios de cocina, ollas, sartenes, vasos y platos nuevos. Esta totalmente equipado. Hay una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6. El salón ofrece una hermosa vista del río. Hay puertas francesas que se abren a la cubierta. La cubierta está equipada con una mesa de comedor, sillas y parrilla de gas.

Beekman 1802 proporciona champú, acondicionador y jabón de manos de lujo. Las camas están hechas con sábanas frescas. También se proporcionan toallas de baño, toallas de mano y paños.

Awesome House on the Water
This property was awesome! Stayed with some co-workers for a fishing charter trip. House was clean and fit 5 people comfortably. Met the people at the rental house next door and made new friends. Property has a bunch of firepits with awesome view of the sunset over Boldt Castle. The owners were great to communicate with and very accommodating. We are hoping to have the entire office stay at the Ledges for next year's fishing trip.

Relaxing
We enjoyed staying here. There were a few hic ups but we survived. Downstairs bedroom door doesn’t close because of the bed frame but for us it was fine. There are only 2 bathrooms. It says 3 bathrooms in amenities but that is false.that was a disappointment because there was seven of us in the house. If you have two vehicles, you can only park one near where you stay. The other one has to be parked in the overflow parking lot. We stayed in the floating house and the house definitely does move with the water so if you have motion sickness, you would definitely want to take something and bring something with you. We use patches behind our ears so it wasn’t too bad for us, but you can feel the house moving, especially when a boat goes by, it was very peaceful. It was nice to sit on the deck at sunset. We rented the pontoon boat and a captain and that was great. We enjoyed that very much. We were able to anchor the boat and go swimming the house clean and we were very close to thousand it’s a five minute drive , we would definitely stay here again. The owners were nice and communicated back-and-forth when needed.

Great stay in A-Bay
Our family loved our stay here. The check in process was very easy. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking - which was a great bonus. The property was so beautiful and well kept. We loved watching the sunset in the gazebo, relaxing in the hammock and fishing off the dock. The kids had a great time in the pool. We were about 5 minutes from downtown A-Bay and 20 minutes from Clayton. We would very much recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the area. When we come back we would definitely stay here again!!

Place was spectacular!! Beautiful views and comfy beds!! Enjoyed the deck and fire pit, being on the water is so peaceful. Short distance to restaurants and shopping, definitely will be back!

Good experience
A little surprised how small it was as it looks bigger in the pics. Staff was friendly and helpful. I think it’s pretty high priced for not being able to check in till 4pm and out by 10am. Not enough time to fully enjoy the stay. However, overall it was an incredible view and good experience.

Wonderful stay
My boys, 10 and 12, and I stayed at the lighthouse cottage at The Ledges. Our original plans were to have my parents and my husband with us, but separate family issues arose that halved our party. There would have been plenty of room for us all to sleep comfortably. The cottage itself was clean and comfortable, including the lovely front deck right on the water. The grounds are beautiful and comfortable as well, with a hammock and three separate, spacious areas for camp fires. Communication with Nick and Amy and their team was top notch from beginning to end. Each individual we interacted with was friendly, prompt and very helpful. We rented one of the available boats one day, which was a seamless experience and very convenient, and both Nick and Eric went out of their way to assist me. Almost everything seems to have been thoughtfully arranged from the wares in the kitchen to the bucket of kindling and campfire wood neatly stacked by each campfire pit and replenished daily. My one recommendation would be for outdoor cushions on the wooden chairs on the deck. Otherwise it was a very comfortable stay and we hope to return!

This property was everything we hoped it would be and more. The host was great. The property was clean. The cottage had so many fun features. You could tell the owners strive to give everyone the perfect stay. Roasting marshmallows, fishing off dock, swimming. Thank you we will be booking again.

Great place and location!
We loved this spot. Great view. Could dock the boat right outside the house. They provided linens, toilet paper, Kleenex and Lysol wipes which was very nice. Been some places where they had no toilet paper. Used the kayaks. They were very nice as were the life vests. They even provide fire wood for the fire pits. Overall we had a great time.

Terrific spot on the water
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our main regret was only staying 2 nights. Beautiful view; sunsets were gorgeous. If you're looking at the picture with 2 cottages side-by-side (view looking in from the water), it's the one on the left. Great fishing right off the dock - perch, bass, and some big carp. Multiple fire pits with plenty of chairs on the property, so you don't necessarily have to share a fire with strangers if you don't want to (owners supply firewood). Great views of Boldt castle on the property; unfortunately not from the cottage itself. Amy was an exceptional host.

Wonderful stay!
Visiting from Southern California for a wedding at Thousand Islands Park. Stayed in one of the three bedroom units on a floating pier. Quiet, beautiful unit right at the entrance of a small marina, our fishing charter picked us up on the dock! Very special for landlubbers. Owners couldn’t be nicer and accommodating. Kids can catch fish right from the unit off the railing. Close to restaurants and market. Fire pits to enjoy the evening. Go there !!!

Very enjoyable, close to the bay , clayton , winery Beautiful river view of Boldt Castle you could walk to down town Amy and Nick very nice people they are there to help and answer any questions. Awesome place to stay for vacation!
The house was better than expected. It's floating on the water, with a beautiful view over the lake. You can also see the castle! On the deck is everything you need for BBQ and eating outside with this amazing view is an experience! The only minus is that the fireplace wasn't working and there was not enough cups & silverware for 8 people. But I'm sure the host will take care of! Thanks so much!
