“Impression of the property is nice, the lake view was nice. It was a home based on the couples style, it is different than a lake house vibe. The cameras were an uncomfortable feel, we knew they were there prior to arrival, it just felt off once we were there.In all honesty we thought the paddle boards, kayaks, and peddle boat were included in the price, but found out once we arrived they had to be rented. “Such a lovely little house in an unexpected place. We had absolutely everything we needed for a most cozy and comfortable stay. We loved our mornings spent doing yoga by the water(rocky but manageable) with the sound of the wildlife waking up around the pond.Waterton Park is a nice, maybe 20 minute drive and the provided park pass was a nice, convenient touch. We will definitely book here again when we go back in the fall for some Crypt Lake hiking.Thank you for being such gracious hosts!”

“This place is quite old and the pictures are not as advertised. The steps are not very sturdy to the entrance way, the windows are old and do not open. The floor is run down in the kitchen and the outside appears unkempt. The water also has a smell to it when doing dishes or showering. Overall, not a very pleasant experience.”

“10/10 for everything. Brenda was amazing. Very responsive with any questions we had. My wife, myself and our children all loved it. House was welcoming and the lake was perfect for swimming. Will definitely be staying here again. 100% recommend. ”

“Alot of thought went into the detail's of this property. They have stocked the cabinets with everything you need. The hot tub was a nice luxury on a cool may evening. Really lovely to just sitcand watch the birds. Would definitely recommend. ”

“Our 7 night stay was perfect. The cottage is very well stocked for cooking, and the onsite bbq made our meals that much better. Very private, treed lot, with a fantastic firepit (fire ban woes though). The bathroom is fantastic with a tiled stall and separate jetted tub, more than we expected. Look forward to another getaway to this spot in the future.”

“Stayed here during the new year and went skiing in Red Deer. It was a quick drive to the hill which was nice but located in a beautiful town. ”

The location couldn’t be better—conveniently close to The Pass Brewery, ICA, and a variety of outdoor activities.
