“The house was secluded so that was a huge plus. Plenty of parking as well if you have multiple cars. Communication with host was lacking until the week of the stay. That aside, very nice stay.”

“Great stay in little cozy cottage not very far from Boyne Mountain. Super clean and host was very communicative on spaces, procedures and any questions we had. Worked perfect for our ski/snowboarding trip. Rental home was as expected with more than enough room for 6 family members. Nice view in front room to watch the snow fall and have a cup of coffee before heading to slopes. Fireplace and all appliances worked great. Would definitely stay again!”

“Only downsize was the construction noise during the week from the neighbor's property on the north (new construction framing in progress). For us an inconvenience, but when house is built, the problem goes away. Would have been nice to be given a heads-up before we arrived. Being able to bring family dog was a plus.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin in Petoskey. It was conveniently located from the ski resorts we were hitting and the amenities this place offered were endless. The polished petoskey stones were a great touch that all the guests enjoyed getting their hands on. The owner is extremely nice and willing to go above and beyond what is expected from an owner. “The pictures do it justice. The view was wonderful, unfortunately it was foggy most of our stay but it did clear one evening and we could see the bridge. Its location was secluded and quiet. It was big enough that our family of 6 with adult children didn’t feel crowded. The kitchen was functional and had all we needed. When I did contact the owner with a question they were quick to respond. The wood burner on the porch was really a highlight for our family. Would recommend. ”
