“No matter how many times we stay at Stoneridge II, each visit is as exciting and as pleasant as the very first. The cottage is perfect for a couple, the view is stunning and the sunsets new every evening. North Cool Street provides a perfect place to walk each day with shade and often a breeze. It is an easy walk to town and several restaurants are close by. We always leave looking forward to our next visit.”

“OThis was third visit to the Cliff House. Enjoy it every time!House is beautiful, has every amenity you need and my favorite spot is the screened in porch overlooking the falls. Mentone is a quaint little town, DeSoto Falls state park has plenty of walking trails. Owner is always available and helpful. Will return!!”

“This immaculately kept cozy cottage is tastefully decorated and immediately makes you feel at home. The breathtaking sunsets are unforgettable, and the morning sunrises lift your spirits as you watch the clouds rise up from the valley below. The beds are comfortable and the back porch is charming. But our favorite spot is the rocking chairs on the front porch overlooking the brow. Highly recommend the Moonflower Cottage. ”

“Open design with elements of mid century and modern day mixed. I like older homes for their lived in feel. The furnishings in the bed rooms and the vintage paint by number paintings are my favorite. I’ll definitely stay there again. The deck on the back of the house provides a great view off the brow.”

“Adorable place, just the right size for a few people. Easy access to the water, loved being able to put the boat in and keep at the dock, and the use of the water accessories was so nice. We hope to come back! ”

“A charming cottage both inside and out. Very well maintained and decorated. It was well stocked with cooking implements. The owner was very helpful. ”

“Nice and quiet and way off the road, you’re on a farm with animals, yet it wasn’t noisy at all, they would greet me every morning at the fence to say hi, lol.The rooftop A/C drowns out any noises around the area, we slept great throughout the nights there. Owners were super responsive and helpful, we were there to look into moving into the area and take in nature, everything was great.”

“Everything was as advertised, we loved the property and the area, being right across the street from a boat launch was very convenient. The only thing is the local highway is literally right outside the front door so there is road noise all day and night, we bought some ear plugs and had no issues sleeping. Mary's communication was great and very helpful, we hope to stay here again next time we are in the area.”

“Hot tub was so relaxing and the garden spot was almost whimsical at night the way the entire thing lite up. The multitude of crickets singing at night was amazing and I’m certain a bullfrog frequents the garden fountain as I heard his croaking as well. I would stay again. Very homey feel ”

“We were looking for a quiet place to go and getaway. We found it! Black Bear was in a very quiet location, very clean, had everything we needed and a very comfortable bed! We ate at the Elevation Bistro and had a delicious dinner!”
