“Did like the stay and the area. We were under the impression that beach was viewable from condo. Clean comfy and quiet. Building is kinda rundown and old, neglected. Condo itself clean, but kinda neglected as far as general maintenance. Faceplates don’t match, ceiling fan noisee, bathroom fan don’t work, ceiling paint cracking in bathroom. But enjoyed my stay. ”

“The unit was nice and the location was very convenient. We only had to walk up 16 steps to our unit. So, we avoided the elevator and just walked. The stairs came out right beside the unit. Very convenient! Because the complex is small in relation to other high rises, the beach in front of our complex was not crowded at all. Very peaceful!! But, I will say the view from the unit was the BEST part of it all. Perfect!! ”

“We took our daughter and a few of her friends for a five day getaway after graduation. They loved the look of the condo. Very clean, neat, and modern. My wife and I enjoyed it as well! Really great space and loved the spaciousness of the balcony. Even though it’s not on the beach, you can see the gulf from the beautiful wall of windows that covers the entire end of the space. The beach access was very close as well which was a nice surprise. ”

“Because of the kitchen i chose to cook. The place could use a pizza pan, a good plastic spatula and maybe a few other kitchen essentials. I bough tinfoil because of the lack of pans and i chose to leave it in case someone else made my mistake. Also bring your own coffee filters!! However a napkin does just as well. Overall this was a wonderful place to stay and we will be booking here again.”
