“We felt lucky to get a room as we had not booked in advance, but once we got into the hotel and our room we were delighted with its cleanliness and comfort. Also, housekeeping had created the most adorable elephant using hand towels!”

“It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.”
