“Wonderful little home that was impeccably clean, had an updated interior with comfy beds, washer/dryer and everything a person would need for a comfortable stay (including a quiet, relaxing neighborhood). It felt so comfortable. Absolutely loved it.”

“This property is just what we needed for our trip to Bankhead/Sipsey area. It gave us the privacy/seclusion we are always looking for but wasn't too far from a town with a grocery store. The flannel sheets on our bed kept us toasty at night & we enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. The directions to the house were perfect & our host was both proactive & responsive to our questions. Our check in process was both simple AND sweet as she left us some homemade goodies. YUM!!!”

“A really great location. The views from the house were spectacular. The houses in the development are kind of close together, but it never felt crowded. The kitchen setup was great, easy for entertaining, with an extra refrigerator in the basement as well. There were a few issues regarding cleanliness and some equipment, but the hosts were very quick to respond. Would stay again.”

“It was an average place. Nothing fancy. It is basically what you would think of as a cottage on a lake. Mismatched broken furniture. Dirty mattress on upstairs bunk bed. Didn’t see any bugs but I’m thinking I may have gotten head lice from the pillows. The skillets and stuff had to be scrubbed before we could use them. We did see some sort of water bug that’s to be expected on a lake. The internet is horrible I had to use my hotspot for a firestick on the tv. No one else’s phones would work on...

“The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It had all the amenities you could want and need. It was a quiet and nice neighborhood and close to dining and shopping. The owner kept in touch with us the entire stay and was very kind. We will definitely stay there again!”

“My wife and I were in town for family business. We have many family members in the region, and we wanted to stay far off the grid. I’m glad we did. No phone, no cable, no nothing. Absolutely fantastic! We plan to bring our children on the next trip in about 8 months. This place is #1 on the list for my wife and I. I have stayed in most states and countries, but this by far is the best stay in quite some time. We are coming back. If you want to make an offer to sell, let me know. ”
