“The property and staff were excellent. Breakfast was great (and complimentary). I rented a king suite and it had a small kitchen, but I wish there was more provided in the kitchen such as dish soap, a sponge, a knife, more cookware etc. the bathroom was great, there was a washer but no dryer so we weren’t able to do our laundry due to the winter conditions outside. “I would not go back to this hotel again. It is located on a truly good location, but, management has no idea how to take care of the the hotel guests. Room we stayed was so small, Bathroom door was not even closing, no bathroom towels other than just two small hand towels. I asked for towels not only to the receptionist, but, to the Manager as well, no awail.”

“The location was the best part of this property. The bungalows are right off of the Black Sea with plenty of opportunities for swimming and walking on the pier. Breakfast was good and breakfast service was excellent. The idea of the bungalow was appealing but they amenities inside were disappointing. The linens were old and some were stained. We were told that there were no more available when we asked for extra blankets although we had booked for 4 people which included a sofa bed but no linens...
