Desastroso!
Nunca pudimos hospedarnos, la habitación que había alquilado y la cual pagué, cuando llegué al lugar había ya alguien quedándose en él. Se llamó a la propietaria mil veces y nunca tuve comunicación con ella. Tuve que pagar y hospedarme en un Hotel en Mayagüez después que llegué a Aguadilla. Es la hora en que no he recibido ninguna contestación de los msjs que le escribí ni llamada. Yo espero que se me devuelva el dinero de la renta de la habitación.

Checking in was easy. Communication with Owners was fast and easy. Room was the so cute. Had everything we needed. Was happy there was beach chairs and umbrella for our stay, came in super convenient. I asked owner for an extra towel and got it right away. Can't wait to return!!

It’s a queen size bed, but otherwise it’s accurately described and a fantastic place. 15 minutes, or less, from any style beach you are looking for. Quiet and cozy!

Safe location 3 minutes from BQN airport. Good communication with host. Clean room with basic amenities. Would have gotten 5 stars, if not for the work being done on premises. Could not use small patio or outside shower at all due to work being done. Otherwise it was a great stay. workjusabeverday

First of all, I wanted to stay in an apartment close to a place where there was a festival (Aguadichella), and selected this place, because it was 10 minutes (walking distance) from the apartment to the Festival site. However, the address provided was incorrect. It was 27 minutes driving to the place. Second, I had to communicate directly with the owner, since I never received instructions to access the apartment. I must say that she responded quite quickly, but she should have sent instructions to avoid unnecessary calls and/or messages. The apartment was very organized, however, there were spider webs in the decoration, and there was dirt on the floor. There was an ironing board, but there was no iron. And the worst thing that could happen to me; there were workers early in the morning, throwing construction material at the back of the apartment, and they were passing right by the area outside where I was staying. The curtains do not completely cover the visibility into the apartment, so I didn't have privacy. I couldn't rest well.

Wet mats/loud noises until late and very early
Was a horrible stay for us. I usually never write reviews but this place was a nightmare. First night we got in and the mat and floor wet from what it looked like it was coming from the main house. I think they were remodeling the main home and they were making noise late and early. The worst thing was the floors being nasty and wet. The shower barely had any water

The place is nice and the location was convenient for us. I wish we would have known that they would be doing construction in the back and that people would be walking through the entry back and fourth. We didn’t get to enjoy the outside because of it and they woke us up earlier than we wanted to wake up. The main shower water did not get hot but the sink and outdoor shower did get hot water. Our rating was a four because we weren’t there all day, all we wanted it for was to sleep and shower and those were the issues we were having. I also told the lady we didn’t have the control to the light and fan. She said we would get it the next day but we didn’t so we also had no light just one lamp.

Inaccurate location
Please be aware that this home is NOT in downtown Aguadilla or Pueblo neighborhood. It is NOT a “2 min walk to ‘Timber & Blues’, 11 min walk to ‘Pena Blanca Restaurant’”, or a “3 min drive to ‘Las Cascadas Water Park’”. It is actually right next to the BQN airport and subsequently a 20 min drive to the aforementioned sights. The VRBO post is deceptive, fraudulent, and entirely inaccurate in location. The host did not return any calls or attempts at communication during our stay (VRBO also provided little to no support in this matter). Luckily, there were only minor issues beyond this that did not need immediate assistance (broken window that doesn’t close, causing rain to leak into the space and soak clothing/bedding), main light not working, AC less effective due to open window, indoor shower not getting hot water, construction on site reducing privacy). The neighborhood was otherwise safe and comfortable, in a quiet, slightly secluded area. I unfortunately cannot recommend the home due to the host’s deception and lack of communication.

The decor was lovely. It would have been great but the tv and main light were not working. There was water on the floor when we arrived from leak that Jo Ann said was fixed while we were there. The small fridge freezer was full of frost and wasn’t usable and the bathroom sink water flow was minimal. Jo Ann responded promptly to correct problems. Many thanks to her👏 The directions need to be better - imap needed English but google map was better. We would stay there again if everything was working. All 3 others vrbo locations we stayed at in Puerto Rico did not have problems with amenities.
