We would book here again. The only downside (which can't be helped) is the ability to walk on the beach for a bit unless you hop in the water on occasion. “Our family spent 4 nights here after on the second leg of our trip to Belize. It was a beautiful and comfortable house. Our family loved the pool and enjoyed the kayaks in the ocean. The main floor of the house was great! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking a few meals. It was nice to be able to do some laundry while we were there. The 3rd floor room was nice, but a little warm. We appreciated the fenced property for safety. The wood doors and furniture were beautiful, such a nice touch....

“The house and property were even more beautiful than the pictures. I can't say enough to express how much Big Mac and his family made us feel at home. They fixed our breakfasts and lunches. We hired the chef for many of our nights. The meals were all delicious. Big Mac was awesome! He set up whatever activity we wanted to do. “We had an amazing time at the beautiful New Dawn Beach House. The layout of the house is wonderful with large private bedroom and bathrooms, multiple patios with great views, the beach was spectacular, the large pool that was amazing and the location was perfect for our group. It was quick and easy to get to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. The food and people of Belize are truly unforgettable. Thank you to Herbert and Simone, they were great hosts! ”

“We had a wonderful 2 weeks staying at the Jammin Gecko villa. We were a family of 10 ranging in age from 21 months to 70 years. One of the reasons we picked Jammin Gecko was that the bedrooms were on different levels. We, the grandparents, enjoyed the great top floor suite and considered it our quiet zone.
