“el hotel esta a 2 min del aeropuerto y tiene un shuttle bus que se pide en informaciones del mismo aeropuerto. el check in esta ok, rápido. Tiene un restaurant chino en el primer piso y otro en el 9. Tambien tiene un mini market en el 1er piso para comprar bebidas, chocolates o cerveza. Cosas simples. “グーグルマップを見ると空港近くなのですが、いろんな人に聞きながら、１時間かかってようやく到着しました。 空港ターミナル４（国際線）からホテルへの行き方 １）４階出発階の２２番扉から外に出る ２）エレベーターで１階に降りる ３）向かいに見える管制塔に向かって広い道路を横切る 　　ちなみに歩道なし ４）管制塔を左に見ながら、前面に見える高架道路まで進む ５）高架道路下の歩道橋を渡って突き当りを左に曲がる ６）最初に見えるビルにホテルが入っている ７）ホテルの入り口は見る側の反対側 ターミナル４の国際線到着口からなら、徒歩２０分ぐらいの所要時間 ホテルの受付の男性スタッフはまあまあ親切でしたが、英語が通じませんでした。 テレビがつきませんでした。 暖房のききが悪く、温度が上がりませんでした。 チェックアウト後、空港までの送迎があり、ありがたかったのですが、違うターミナル（T3）で降ろされました。 結局、T4まで１５分程度歩きました。 英語が通じず、また施設のふぐあいがありましたが、寝るだけだと割り切っていたので許容範囲でした。 ”

“Property is clean. Located in front of a big mall and alot of dining options at the hotel and around the hotel. Crowne Plaza Hotels are a hit or huge miss. This one was one of the more decent ones. Buffet is good but room service was not good. Staff are nice. But the most important thing to me is whether the rooms are clean. The rooms are clean here. Jose the manager is the one you want to look for if you can only speak English. ”

“在服務台CHECK IN,找了5分鐘也找不到我的預訂,服務員竟然傾向問我是否有訂,講HOTEL.COM佢聽唔明(無培訓?) 最後她的另一位同事找到,她解釋說我打中文名字找不到,原來你是用英文預定(大哥身份證中國人都係中文英文,你還想有那種語言,中文無就好自然打英文啦).已經火火地 比訂金要我比3千,3千你唔係呀?總價住2晚先2千元,你要我比3千,得,如果係你公司規定我都會比,但你原因竟然係話而家未查到你比晒錢未,大哥比晒啦比埋信息你睇啦,你仲想點,你埋EMAIL你睇話金數已付,你都仲係要屈我2千,我問平時比幾錢,佢話1000,我就唔出聲,佢就係咁嬲我比2千,之後會退番比你,大哥我夠知啦,問題係唔憤氣嗎,點解我會比多D,我做錯咩?跟住佢有粒高級少少既人出來了解最後都係比左1千按金. 跟住入房,好激氣,收三個人錢,比二張床,用品全部二個人,火都來,之後朋友去廁所,個廁所都仲有尿未沖廁,仲要塞埋,毛巾一條都無,打電話叫服務台又三吹四請,打5,6次先送齊所有用品,都未講完,不過都唔想再講,簡直垃圾,賓館不如!!!!!如果評分係10分滿分,我會評負一千分!!”
