“This is a beautiful apartment, as pictured. Great communication with owner. Top floor, concrete floors, and one unit next door seemed to be empty, so we didn’t hear much noise from the street or other units. (Keep in mind with such high ceilings that noise may carry!) Only real downside was no parking included but we parked out front with no problem. ”

“This is a very well-stocked and comfortable place to stay, and the owner does a fantastic job of communicating and answering questions. My only critique is that it would be nice to have more than one key and fob so that we could leave the building in separate groups without worrying about how to get back in. “The only reason we didnt give 5 stars was because there was a strong smell that wasnt necessarily bad, but we were very sensitive to it and made it a bit uncomfortable. There was also an unexpected 9pm quiet hour limitation we werent expecting, but we were able to work around it. The bathroom was also very very small, and only one small mirror. But, everything else was awesome. Super clean, very comfortable bed, pillows, blankets and towels. There was plenty of extra soap and shampoo/conditioner...

“The pictures the host posted of the property are deceiving. This rental is not “charming”, it’s very very old & not well-cared of; the stairs to the property in the back (which is the way you are instructed to enter) are treacherous. There isn’t lighting outside to maneuver the stairs and I’m sure they aren’t up to code. You’re met with a hanging chain that hits you in the head upon opening the back entry way door. The main floor toilet had been used and was not clean. There were bugs throughout...
