The two of us had such a peaceful, restful stay at this lovely home. The house itself is immaculate, and supplied most of what we needed for our time there. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. The home is filled with light, as well as interesting art and books. The view of Eastern Harbor is lovely, and the frontage was suitable for launching kayaks (more so around high tide-- it's a bit mucky for low tide launching). We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, especially over to the seaside meadow and beach area just north of the causeway. The only time we got in the car was to go over to Ingersoll Point Preserve and walk the gorgeous moss-covered trails there. There was great birding, and we saw a beautiful piebald whitetail deer, as well as seals and harbor porpoises during our kayak excursions. All in all, it was a restorative vacation in a stylish, comfortable home in a spectacular location with a sweet, mellow vibe. Thanks for sharing it with us!
