“The place is perfectly located, beautiful mountains view with an incredible sunset watching point. It has a great proximity to Santa Elena, Monteverde and all attractions around. Communication with the host is very smooth. Yaloco Chalet is semi-glamping accomodation though (tent door in the main bedroom), it is a bit challenging to rest when you have a light sleep - quite noisy with wind and/ or rain. Other than that it was a nice 2-nights' stay.”

The location is about 2 km south of the center of La Fortuna, so a car is necessary. It is close to several of the tour outfitters that do canyoneering and rafting. “Very nice coupel which is having this place, very personal and seems to be in the middle of the jungle.
