“The whole experience was very good from checking in to leaving all the staff that we dealt with were very helpful we had a double room which was very large and clean the breakfast had plenty of choice and the pool and facilities were excellent i would have no problem recommending this hotel a very good hotel at a good price”

The bed was huge and very comfortable. We had a disabled access which was great.
Only negative. No air conditioning, but we asked for a fan and we were given a large fan on a stand, which was sufficient.
Breakfast was fantastic good quality and freshly made.”

“The room was a reasonable size but not big. However the facilties were excellent. There was a smeg fridge and kettle. The walk in shower was excellent. Easy to get the right temperature and pressure. The whole bathroom suite looked like it was relatively new. No mold no water damage anywhere even the grouting was clean. Also the little mounting pictures made it feel homely. One of tbe best Hampton by hilton ive stayed at”

“ The hotel needs a complete refurb. The room allocated to us was of poor quality and standard. There was no wardrobe hanging space for ladies dresses and no drawers for storing other clothes. The plug was missing from the bath and the taps were dripping in the bathroom sink. The positive was that the staff were attentive and helpful and the food (breakfast) was excellent. We would not stay here again.”
