Esta exclusiva casa de vacaciones en un pequeño pueblo con 17 casas se encuentra a pocos metros del mar y ofrece impresionantes vistas de la bahía y de la costa de West Cork. Esta propiedad tiene acceso privado, Grassflaechen verde y una gran terraza de madera con barbacoa y muebles de jardín. La casa en sí tiene una variedad de instalaciones de lujo. Es perfecto para 5 personas y hace que la ubicación y las comodidades especiales que sus vacaciones una experiencia memorable. La casa tiene 3 habitaciones, todas con baño privado. Hay una amplia sala de estar con espectaculares vistas al mar. Para hacer su estancia lo más cómoda posible, la casa cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada y un agradable comedor luminoso y sala de estar con vistas al mar. Todas las habitaciones en esta casa están equipadas con camas de calidad -dos de dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y un dormitorio con una cama individual. It IS a very special place!
Loved every moment of our stay! House was clean, spacious and well appointed and was just like in the pictures. A very relaxing and quiet place to unwind with spectacular views that you could sit and look at for hours! No downside to staying here and I could definitely see ourselves coming back some time. Thanks for allowing us to share such a wonderful place!

Hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen
Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin auffallend gut und detailliert, die Anreise mit einer detaillierten Wegbeschreibung und der Check-In über Schlüsselbox waren problemlos. Noch am selben Tag wurden wir persönlich begrüßt und haben ein paar Tipps für die nächsten Tage bekommen. Rückfragen während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden immer rasch und bestens beantwortet. Für uns ein Pluspunkt war, dass es hier tatsächlich eine funktionierende Lademöglichkeit für unser Auto gab, das haben wir schon anders erlebt. Unsere Fotos von der Unterkunft und der Gegend haben im Bekanntenkreis so guten Anklang gefunden, dass wir den FEWO-Link zur Unterkunft weitergegeben haben - ich denke, dass wir es empfohlen haben, sagt bereits alles :)

Truly a very special place
As advertised, this property was very close to the sea with most stunning views from the massive sliding lounge doors. The house is calm and quiet and is comfortably furnished. Its eco-friendly credentials are amazing. Housekeeper Angela welcomed us to the property and answered any questions promptly. We had 6 lovely days there which included a visit to Cork and numerous visits to beautiful Clonakilty.

Best Vacation Ever!
My husband and I spent 10 amazing days at this beautiful property. The view was breathtaking and the peace and quiet was exactly what we needed! Doris was very prompt responding to any questions I had. The house was immaculate and very homey and comfortable. The surrounding area was picture perfect Irish countryside. It was decided before we left for home that we will be coming back next year and we can't wait!! The town of Clonakilty is so pretty and the people so friendly. Plenty of excellent restaurants. Kirby's at the Whale Tale was exceptional. If I could rate this property more than 5 out of 5 stars I most certainly would! Thank you Doris for making your lovely home available. It truly is "A Very Special Place"!!!!

An amazing location, right beside the Sea, a perfect spot to enjoy the sunshine and the storm. We had an amazing holiday, the decking area was absolutely beautiful. it really is a restful place and a perfect base to explore all that West Cork has to offer. I want to go back again very very soon.

A little touch of heaven
What a wonderful week despite the weather being disappointing. We were so relaxed in this amazing property with gorgeous changing views over the sea. The house is well situated for exploring Cork coastal areas. Cobh and Kinsale were especially attractive. Highly recommend this holiday home.

Beautiful, clean, sea-side getaway
The property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with the beds/pillows being the best we have ever had on a vacation. The only thing that could have been better would be directions for the clothes dryer -- everything seemed to be in German on the dryer and we could not understand it. Other than that everything was perfect!

So tranquil
House was fabulous, the view and the sound of the sea was just what we needed after a long journey. The heating was a bit fiddly but Doris was quick to sort out. Would highly recommend Mizen Head and a visit to Inchydoney beach . SuperValu store was fabulous . Lots of fresh bread and food.

Beautiful views at a wonderful home
The house is exactly as described and photos are accurate. Internet worked fine our entire stay and the neighborhoid is very quiet. Communication with Doris was excellent and Angela was an amazing help. Parts of some roads around the house and to Clonakilty were being resurfaced but was never a real inconvenience for us. There seems to be at least 4 various routes from the house to Clonakilty and none are what I'd call fun to drive and that's the only reason I give the location 4 stars while all other aspects are 5. I had a Peugeot SUV so maybe a smaller vehicle would have made driving more comfortable. The outdoor temperatures during our visit ranged from 39°F to mid 60s. The house stayed comfortable at all times. The kitchen was well stocked, hot water and pressure were very good. The view from the patio over the Celtic Sea was amazing at sunrise and sunset. I would stay here again.

Peaceful and restorative stay
My parents, me and a sister recently stayed for a week at this beautiful seaside home. The house is absolutely as advertised, is very comfortable and clean and we loved every minute of it. Doris is efficient and responsive with her communications. Angela, who keeps the place clean, is a great source of local knowledge and an absolute gem. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to others. I didn't want to leave!

Loved our stay in Clonakilty
Had an amazing stay at our property on the coast. Spectacular views, gourmet equipped kitchen, everything you needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Able to easily reach out to our host Doris who was quick to respond. The house was energy efficient and stayed temperate. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get away and enjoy the country life.

Wir (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) haben unseren Urlaub in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse, von der Couch oder beim Kochen waren einzigartig. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Dieses Haus mit seiner Aufteilung, geschmackvollen Einrichtung und dem sensationellen Ausblick war einfach nur genial. Wir waren mit 3 Generationen (4 Personen) auf Reisen. Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Hauses lassen keinerlei Wünsche offen! Die Kommunikation mit der Hausbesitzerin und der Keykeeperin waren prima und sie waren immer zur Stelle und sehr bemüht unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Alle Transaktionen liefen absolut problemlos. Die Stille und Angelegenheit dieses Hauses sind einfach unbeschreiblich schön, allerdings muss man Fahrten zum Einkaufen oder etwas längere Fahrten mit dem Auto für Ausflüge einplanen, was aber bei der schönen landschtlichen Umgebung überhaupt nicht stört. Wir würden immer wieder in dieses wunderschöne Haus fahren und uns eine irische Auszeit von allem Trubel zu Hause zu gönnen.
