“지어졌을때는 아주 훌륭한 리조트였을 것 같다. 하지만 세월이 흐르면서 낡고 바랜 것들이 충분히 고쳐지지 않았다. 서비스도 그렇다. 직원들은 물어보기 전까지는 자기들끼리 놀고 있고, 핸드폰이 집중하고 있다. 단체 고객이 와서 수영장과 해변을 점령하고 다른 고객들의 휴식을 방해하는데도 호텔은 돈만 생각하고 소수의 고객은 배려하지 않는다. 훌륭했지만 너무 아쉬운 곳이다”

“The Hotel is brand new! Very clean probably because it is still so new August 2024 is when this is written. There are very few guest here at this time as well so the staff definitely outnumbered the guest (at least this is what it felt like). Sauna and pool were excellent. “We were here when Typhoon Yagi landed at Halong Bay. Watson premium sustained minimal damage as the building is strong and well constructed. Walk away from restaurants, cafes and amenities. Ideal place to stay. Morning breakfast buffet is excellent with many choices of food. Bed is great, room is clean and staff is very friendly. The hotel through Ms Joyce Dang constant communication with me with regard to Yagi typhoon and have us at the basement parking lot for safety. I recommend this place.”

“It’s ok, we stayed for two days one night. Connection is poor as we are expected . Room is clean . Except the shower area if you keep the water on , it will start to flood . Food is ok . “We did the 2 night cruise and were glad we did, on the second day we transferred to a smaller boat with a smaller number of people (about 15) and spent the day in Ha Long Bay, we seemed to leave all the tourist behind and it was idyllic. The staff were so friendly and attentive for the entire cruise, the food was great and a lot of it and it was extremely comfortable - very happy with the whole experience”

“Very, very nice resort. Unfortunately, its hard to find information about what restaurants in the resort will be open, so I would suggest calling ahead beforehand. It is also a bummer that things close early. Beach closed around 6pm and bar around 10pm.”
