"The Design Suites was a nice property with English speaking staff and good facilities. The breakfast was adequate. The coffee was not good and to drink better coffee you need to pay for espresso. But it’s not an issue. The shower/faucet was leaking, but otherwise the bathroom was spacious and good, The bed was comfortable, although a bit too firm. The pillows were great. Overall a very good value hotel. "

The check-in staff, Edward, and Enzo were terrific and took care of us very well. Breakfast is the usual hotel stuff. The really bad thing was check out. It was horrendous.
