“This was a gem. Very pretty beach and close to pigeon island for snorkeling. Room was great. Breakfast was lovely. Staff super friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely too. Bar area was good. It was pretty quiet due to low season but felt like we were still well looked after. ”

“Staff is hopeless - not unfriendly but unwilling to help. We were 4 people sharing an apparment, but we could only have 1 key to the door. The reception is not open 24/7 that why, we had major problems only having 1 key. After many and long discussions with the staff, we gave and survived 2 days with just one key. The restaurant is expensive and food is bad. The appartment is nive. Kitchen, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms and a nice livingroom. There were good moments, but we will never come back”

“La camera aveva un idromassaggio ma non funzionava. Presenza di molte zanzare, ho chiesto se c’era la possibilità di avere un repellente durante la notte ma mi è stato informato che non li avevano. Dovrebbero fare più attenzione al servizio bar. Ho chiesto di pagare la sera prima dato che sarei partito il giorno successivo molto presto e mi era stato detto che avrei trovato qualcuno il giorno dopo e invece alle 23:00 mi sono venuti a bussare in camera per fare il pagamento. Jag har bara sett värre en gång i Bangkok för 9 år sedan.. vilseledande marknadsföring i sin prakt.. antingen rum mot havet utan toalett och kylskåp eller något.. eller rum med en brötande AC ..sladdar hängande överallt och INGA fönster . “I was underwhelmed with this hotel and thought value for money was much not as good as other hotels I stayed at in Sri Lanka. Located in the central city area of Trinco, however there is not really much to neither see or do in this area.
