“There’s nothing Grand about it in the slightest. It isn't the cheapest hotel around yet you still have to pay 10bng to use the sauna each time. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Bulgaria and this is the first I’ve heard of this. No kettle or hairdryer in the room, just a TV and drinking glasses. Extremely dated, the bed is not comfortable and you can feel the springs. The drains/water really smell disgusting and the shower curtain stank of cigarette smoke. The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached,and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. “La relación calidad-precio inmejorable. La cocina del apartamento no la utilizamos porque reservamos media-pensión. El desayuno y la cena estaba bastante bien y con variedad. La sauna, baño de vapor y piscina completamente gratuito. También había gimnasio aunque no lo usamos. Nos gustó también que aunque está cerca del centro, está algo apartado por lo que es muy tranquilo. El personal tanto del comedor como en la recepción encantadores.”
