“The place is away from the hustle bustle, very quiet and serene, relaxing with well planned out lay out. Just make sure you have good Wifi connections since the airport in Panglao is spotty. Even after using a local phone, couldn't connect to the hotel. But once we got checked in, everthing went well. The owner was apologetic. The place is well maintained, clean ,spotless, good hot showers and AC. Service is prompt, mini restaurant food was good, you can eat at your patio or at the dining area....

“空港送迎付きの返金不可のプランで予約しましたが、実際には空港の場所が変わったため無料送迎は現在行っていないとのこと。 問い合わせの連絡をエクスペディアを通じて連絡しましたが返信がなく、web上で調べたgmailに連絡してやっと返信がありました。空港送迎希望の場合は₱800必要です。 チェックインの時間より早く着きましたがすぐに部屋に案内してもらうことができ、バイクのレンタルもホテルで行えた点はとてもよかったです。 一点残念な点としては忘れ物をしてしまったため問い合わせたところ「ある」との返答はありましたが、その後郵送してほしい旨を数回連絡していますが未だに一度も返信がありません。 とても大切にしているものなのでもしこの口コミを見られたら早急に対応していただきたいです。 実際に対応してくださったスタッフの方たちもとてもフレンドリーだったのでその点が解消されればコスパのいい満足できるホテルだと思います。”
