“Employees at the hotel could not have been nicer.! So much so that I had a suspicion they thought I was a spy, secret shopper, etc for the company! Super nice. They even called me after check in to see how it went and if everything went well! And The room had amenities that a higher end hotel provides. “Overall the place was beyond great from every aspect to me. Everything inside the room was new and looked great only issue was no shower curtain but wasn’t a deal breaker. Me and my nephew stayed there over the weekend to do atv trails in the town of Gilbert WV. Was a blast will definitely go back. Anyone looking to book don’t let outside appearance fool you it definitely is nice and comfortable along with it being affordable too. ”

“The service was good. My sales partner has cerval palsy and walks with braces so they gave us a first floor room but it was smoking and we didn’t feel comfortable. The woman at the front desk was nice tho. And we were desperate, plus it was inexpensive…but that’s about the only way I’d recommend this place. ”

“From the first communication to the last, and definitely everything in between, this place is one of the best you can find for a group weekend of riding. Plenty of parking, easy to get in and out, when we opened the door, it was spotless inside, with rooms and beds galore, great appliances and supplies throughout the house. The beds were comfortable, having the smart TV was nice, and bathrooms and showers were great. The couch - well let's just say that a few of us were trying to figure out how...

“the staff were nice. the room was comfortable. the bathrooms especially the bathtubs were filthy with a couple bugs and spiders. for $115 a night, it should be spotless. the staff was not available at check in and do not give u access to the inside of the hotel during your stay. they accidently locked the door and i didnt know if i was going to get to my room or not. i didnt know if i was going to be able to check in or not due to staff not being there. ”
