“Excellent staff, they were very friendly, knowledge and well-mannered. I felt like I was visiting a relative or friend who was helping me understand Niš better. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable -- even with my jet lag, I had a good night sleep. The view was beautiful; I could see the city and local neighbors from my little balcony. “The room was fine; however, the service we received was terrible. There was a problem when we arrived because the person in charge didn’t open the door for us, and later we asked for help to call a taxi for the next day since it was very difficult for us as we don’t speak the local language. He said he would help, but in the end, he didn’t do it. I do not recommend this hotel at all. It is far from the tourist area, and the service is terrible.”
